They false advertise saying things in the car work and then as soon as you drive off thiose things don't work. I have proof of their horrible customer service. Along with a voice audio of Ivan threatening me which I couldn't attach he said he would show up to my job and make a scene! update 6/16/26: after making me come in, Ivan and the Indian guy wasted one hour and 15 mins of my day. They told me to pick up the plates that hadn't arrived one month and a half later and once I waited for almost two hours told me the system doesn't work. The Indian guy is unprofessional and started raising his voice. Talk about great customer service he's racist and discriminates against women lol

These were transmission codes. The vehicle presented issues 10 days after it was bought. This was brought to your attention and you failed to reach back out to me until after the 30 day period. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here. You are dishonest and a scam artist. When attempting to purchase GAP insurance you did everything in your power to make sure you talked us out of it. The only person that was ever honest through this whole process was Ivan. Would not recommend anyone this place. Save your money and go elsewhere, or bring a mechanic and have them scan the car to make sure there is no stored codes.

You know it is discrimination when the vehicle has been on their lot for months, not days or weeks, and has not even been test driven to the point the battery needs to be charged for your test drive. I support non-franchise dealers before I do franchise dealers, but not when you practice discrimination.

My fiancé and I purchased a car here about 3 weeks ago. Being that we were nearly 100 miles away, I…read morecalled in advance to check that the car was available and to see about financing. I was told by the person on the phone, Rick, that the finance company would not approve financing without adding on their warranty, which was an additional $2800. We made the trip out there and after sitting down to talk financing, I mentioned that the price was pretty high, considering the year and condition of the car and then suddenly they're talking about how they're already giving me a massive discount despite the fact that at NO point from when I called to when we were looking at the car, did they ever talk about giving us a discount. At this point, the finance person we were talking to just up and left and the manager took over. I asked for $350 off and they gave me very hard time about it, however they did approve it. They have you sign all the paperwork with a computer screen half turned towards you. The car gave us a flashing check engine light on the way home. Once reading the paperwork that was emailed to us, I saw on the warranty page as well as the financing page that it states that the warranty is not required or considered for accepting financing. This was very upsetting as we were told, Prior to ever making the trip over; that we would need to have the warranty to secure the financing. When signing the paperwork they do not go into detail about the warranty, They hardly even bring it up. The manager agreed to refund the warranty, however, because "he's losing money on the deal" He has to take his cut of our refund ($1,600) And then we can have the remaining $1,300. I explained to him that We were told we had to have the warranty To secure the financing by Rick. He did not seem to care and instead of doing the honorable thing which would be to return the full value of the warranty because we were lied to by one of his employees, he insists on taking his cut. Despite us being lied to, despite book value on the cars loan paperwork listed as under 5000 (the care was listed at nearly 10k and we purchased for 8.4k) despite that we asked and they agreed on an additional $350 off, and despite that we were told they get most of their cars from auction. So instead of Acknowledging the fact that we were lied to by one of the employees And making things right by refunding us for the full amount of the warranty; They are still going to take their cut of $1600 and they are not even honoring the $350 that I requested off (I never originally requested the $1,600 off. As previously stated we came there, assuming we were going to pay full price, and were not told about a discount until I directly questioned what they were talking about) It seems to me like they only gave us the additional amount off to get us approved for financing, but because they were taking less on the car, they added the warranty so that they could still make an additional profit. Every time I call, they say that the manager is gonna call me back and he never does. But of course, when I was calling to originally buy the car, they were l quick to call back. This could have been a much different review, despite the slimy hard selling techniques; I did like the car, however I cannot stand behind being purposely misled and lied to and when Confronting them about it, they refuse to actually make it right. The trust is gone. I have to agree with the negative reviews. Please do not buy a car here. I will never return. What does it say about a business if they do not care about making things truly right?

I purchased a lifetime oil change package from this dealership with the expectation that routine…read moremaintenance would be convenient and professionally managed. Unfortunately, my experience consistently fell short of that expectation. Oil changes routinely took between two and three hours, even when scheduled in advance. Over time, it also became increasingly difficult to reach anyone directly by phone, as calls were routed to voicemail with the expectation of a callback rather than allowing customers to speak with a service advisor. On one visit, I notified the service department ahead of time that my vehicle required a specific oil filter so they could have it available. Despite that notice, the filter had not been ordered, resulting in further delays. The most concerning experience involved my brakes. I was advised that brake work was necessary, yet after leaving the dealership, my brakes failed almost immediately. It was an alarming and potentially dangerous situation that significantly undermined my confidence in the quality of the service being provided. I later corresponded with the service manager in hopes of addressing these concerns. While I appreciated receiving a response, I was ultimately disappointed by how the issues were handled. I did not feel that the seriousness of the situation was adequately acknowledged or resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share an honest account of my experience. I had hoped that purchasing the lifetime maintenance package would provide peace of mind and a long-term relationship with the dealership. Instead, it became a source of repeated frustration and, in one instance, a genuine safety concern.
