So I called a few shops around the area and only this location confirmed that they have the availability to get my car in right away. Other shops wanted me to leave the car there so they can look into it the next day. 1.5 hour later these guys called back and informed me on what's wrong with my suspension mount and asked for my approval on repairs. Another hour or so later they were done with the car and left a voicemail for pickup. The price for the repair was reasonable. While one mechanic worked on my oil change, the other put air in my tires. The mechanic walked me through every step which was nice, and at the end, he made sure everything was still working properly in my car. Once it was all complete, he showed me my oil stick to ensure it actually had oil inside. Like I said, really outstanding service.
