100/10. I moved to Lake Orion in a couple of years ago, and I've really been struggling with finding a good spot to get an oil change. I was extremely loyal to the place I used to go to, but now I live too far away. I was so blown away by the level of personal customer service that this team gave. I'm a little on the higher anxiety side, and they kindly checked my tires, all the fluids, all the filters, and even made an attempt to fix my tire pressure monitors without having to switch them out. (the battery is dead and they just need to be replaced.) The entire service was over in less than 10 minutes and cost me less than $100. But most importantly, the team was kind, professional, and overall just completely lovely. And I can't leave a review without mentioning Max! He is your best employee and deserves a raise. I went in for an oil change, and Maz was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly wanted the best for my car and myself. He walked me through the entire process and we found out that the place I had previously been going to was never actually changing my oil because my cap rusted over. Maz did a full flush and recommended me to come back after 3,000-4,000 miles to make sure that my car was fully flushed out. Honestly, finding a shop this trustworthy is everything--especially when it comes to protecting the value of my car and preventing what could have been a ruined engine. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire team as well. While I waited, they had a fully stocked fridge full of water for my convenience free of charge, and one of the other workers even fully washed my windows. stoped in on my lunch break for a quick oil change the guys there are knowledgeable an helpful as soon as I drove in I was greeted with smiling faces from the second I turned off my engine they were on top of things communicating with each other every one had a job to do an they did theirs well never doing anything unless I was asked first they were not pushing things I didn't want or need when the tech told me I needed A new air filter he explained what the difference in a new filter an my old one who do to my cars performance an showed me the difference between my old one an the new one ill definitely be going there for all my maintenance needs I will be recommending to all my friends read more

I came in here just to get a routine oil change and they ended up giving me a whole diagnoses of all my issues. As someone who does not know anything about cars they were very transparent and weren't super pushy what so ever. This place wants what's best for you and your vehicle and they understand not everyone can just pay for whatever and can make their own decisions. I also had continued to venture into one of my issues with my car which is no AC they kindly offered to get the first steps going for me and so far have correctly and effectively done what they say. Outstanding customer service, Paul H. rocked it. I stopped in on a hot Saturday afternoon and he was the only person working. He was sweating his bum off working on 3 cars at once. He even offered everyone a cold beverage due to a longer wait than typical, when we should have offered him something. I had the most amazing experience at this shop today. My tire pressure warning alerted me to a potential flat tire. John was incredibly friendly and helpful! He checked air on all my tires and added air where needed. He also checked fluids and gave me a cold bottle of water. All of this for no charge! Max the shop dog is a sweet and friendly part of the overall experience. The business is open 7 days a week. I highly recommend for all your basic car and tire needs! read more

I recently visited this quick lube and was shocked by how expensive their services were. I decided to call around to a few other places in the area, and they all quoted me significantly lower prices for the same services. It's clear that this quick lube is overcharging their customers. I'm surprised at the low ratings, someone recommended this business and I'm so glad they did. I found them to be honest, professional, kind. I've never had a radiator flush and they had my son get out to look at the color and cloudiness so he could see the difference in the fluid after the change. i really felt good about my experience. read more

Went in with my 1970 impala just to have the brake fluid and alternator looked at. They pointed out a few things I did not know that were wrong, explained what it would involve to fix the issues most importantly told me about the Woodward Dream Cruise. Went in for a power steering flush and was done in under 15 minutes. Customer service was super responsive and friendly.
