They then tried to get me to spend another $800 to fix this issue, and worked around saying they didn't break that part. This establishment, in my opinion, was trying to get more money out of me for an issue they caused. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back. This is my 6th leased vehicle and I learned so much from my salesman, Dave Crowder. He was patient, informative and made sure he found the right buyer for my trade-in. I test drove 3 vehicles and he walked me through each one. With Dave's persistence I got the exact vehicle I was looking for with additional options, color, interior, etc. I never felt rushed and doing business at the end of the month is always tricky. They knew this, but did not fix it. I went there three separate times because my service engine light came on. This all happened in seven days. Instead, I took it to Oreillys to get a second option on the scan. There it was- Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module and my emission status now says yellow, whereas before this accident, it was green. Of course they said it was my fault. No emission light came while they were running the codes. I find that extremely hard to believe. Take it or leave it as far the service center goes, I am just stating my own experience.

They said fine and did the oil change. When checking out they charged $49.99 plus disposal fee. I figured my car drives well enough that I'll be driving it for a few more years so why not get an estimate from a local small shop. I took my car in to Muffler Man on a Thursday afternoon. They took it right in and less than 10 minutes later, had the problem diagnosed and quoted me $225. More than half off of what Monroe quoted!
