If you call him for a concern, he acts like it's a huge inconvenience. I had my vehicle in the dealership for some repairs and the mechanic had to call Rick for some codes to start the car, and Rick even treated him very poorly. Daughter had device installed in her car. The next day alert on the device saying it needs reset…read more You only get 5 days to do it. Goes back to Eric, they reset it. The next day happens again, again 5 days to fix it. Go back again.........next day the same problem. Not only was the device a problem, they don't open when they say they are, sit in the heat for an hour for someone to show up. Judge approves removal of the device, tried to make an appt to do just that, no one will help. Then Eric says well we hope you can get it removed soon as they are closing for a week???? What a poorly run business. If I could give a ZERO star I would.
