Easy to work with humans with personality and good conversation. I got same day service on getting a remote start pulled out of my car which saved me from a $2500 fake repair bill that two other mechanics tried to get me for. Once I spent a couple bucks on pulling the remote start, mysteriously my $2500 problem disappeared. These guys literally saved my ass. Side note...they are in high demand at this location so be prepared to be patient and you will get taken care of. We need more businesses around here like this one. Definitely keeping them in my back pocket for laterz. They do body work too...go figure! read more

These guys are lifesavers. SJ and his team took great care of our Charger, when the Vegas wind dropped a tree on it. The car was brand new and hadn't even had it's first oil change yet, when 700 pounds of tree landed on it from a median. They not only made the car look better than brand new, they fought my insurance company a little to make sure I got OEM parts. I cannot recommend them enough, and would give 100 stars if I could. read more

I drove from California to Vegas with my music and CD player shutting off and on. When I mentioned this issue to Mo he quoted me $150 to diagnose. Thinking that Elite Audio had so much experience and to find out it was only a loose wire. I was charged $225, because it took them an hour and a half to find the problem. But yet it took 10 to 15 minutes to fix the back up camera. I gave them 3 stars because they fixed the problems, but it saddens me because they overcharged because of their lack of experience of finding the issue sooner. read more

I've been a customer of Elite Audio since they had that small shop off Trop and Decatur. Back when Mo and Jay actually interacted with the customers. Now, it seems likes corporate greed has gotten the best of Jay, Mo and Elite Audio. They moved into a much bigger space on Decatur. My assumption is they have to pay the higher rent which in return means higher prices for the clients. I've purchased maybe 5-6 sets of wheels and tires from Elite in the past. I was doing research online and found a set of wheels and tires I wanted for my vehicle. I reached out to the manufacturer and was directed to Vegas Audio & Customs as an authorized dealer. They are across town so I called and was quoted a price from George. Since I've dealt with Jay and Elite Audio In the past I decided to go down and request a quote. I walked in and went straight to Mo asking for a quote on wheels and tires. He told me their wheel guy would be right with me. I stood there for about 15-20 minutes while their wheel guy worked on the computer. Mo was just cleaning behind the counter. Finally he asked what I needed. I explained what I was looking for. He made his phone calls and quoted me nearly $500 more for the exact same wheels Vegas Audio did. Jay was not present and Mo must have been assigned clean up duties cause even tho their wheel guy was busy he didn't try to assist me while I was the only customer in their lobby. Customer service has also seemed to have taken a huge hit along with moving to the new shop. The last time I visited this shop, Mo and Jay both greeted me and assisted me in placing an order for wheels and tires. Now, those days are behind the client's. Now, you must deal with the specific employee in charge of each product. Not everyone will visit your shop willing to drop $10-$20k but every customer should be treated with the same respect. Customer loyalty should mean something to your company. With all the shops in Las Vegas if a customer chooses to return to your business that's saying a lot. This type of business practice can easily lose loyal customers and money. Just my opinion. read more

My experience with Elite has been amazing. I required a new amp for my used Porsche cayenne. I worked with Mo and immediately felt like I was going to be well taken care of. He had someone diagnose what I needed and was able to place the order that same day. Not only was Mo amazing but all the employees I dealt with including the owner. A big shout out to State Farm and Elite body shop ! Payments were issued within a week and accepted as fault party by State Farm ! Thanks to Darryle , SJ the president and his team to restore my car back to its original shape . This body shop is not within insurance Selected Service networks but they still honored and accepted their estimate and repair. Most OEM parts were used on late model cars and quality work shows on their high end vehicles such as Bentley , Rolls Royce , Lamborghini , etc coming for the damage repairs. Special thanks to SJ for replacing my both window tint as we realized one was accidentally scratched. Got my 2000 Toyota Landcruiser fully wrapped and some dents on the back tailgate taken out. They absolutely crushed it. I shopped around and Elite was competitive, but they definitely were the most professional with high attention to detail. When you see other cars they're working on you realize they're pros. They made some great suggestion on the wrap too with the trim and door handles. They also fixed my front headlight at no cost. All around great experience. read more

Walked in coz Im curious about adding up a subwoofer for my car. Next day I got one installed! Staffs are super friendly and informative. I told them how much Im willing to spend, and how much bass I really needed (not too loud but good enough to hear and feel it) and they came up with something slightly less than I was willing to pay. Im looking forward on doing more stuff done with my car in the near future. Highly recommended! read more

Had the pleasure of working with SJ, told him what I was looking for and he executed it! My truck now looks better then the day I bought it!! While explaining to him how I wanted the windows blacked out and my lettering and emblems on my range rover velar blacked out, he also gave me some other ideas as well on how to make my truck look even better which I really appreciated. The tint and the switching out of my emblems/letters from silver to all black came out fantastic and I'm very pleased with the out come and the work that was done by elite audio customs! Will definitely be going back to them for anything else I want done on my truck (that was recommended to me) and will definitely recommend them to any of my friends looking to do anything to their vehicles as well. At the time, I wasn't provided with guidance on which product would be most suitable, nor was it explained that these lights might not be the best option for installation. As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I needed help with some very special chairs that meant a great deal to me as they had been my…read morefather's. When he retired, my husband and I had just bought a house here in Las Vegas. He asked if we would like anything from his office. He had been an insurance salesman for 50 years and had a beautiful office. I had actually worked for my dad. It was considered my 'first job' as I was only 14 years old and after school I went in and answered phones, took messages, did filing. Since we had plenty of room, we agreed to his offer and took the entire office suite. With that came the two leather wing back chairs that, overtime in their new home needed repair. We arranged the furniture in a room we designed as the 'office'. It was always a pleasure to see the furniture everyday and work at the computer on top the desk that he used for nearly 50 years. Over the years, my cats decided the leather chairs would help keep their claws sharpened so before anyone noticed, the backs of both chairs became a real mess. We separated the chairs and covered them with old quilts, tucking them away in the corners in rooms not used very often and mostly kept closed up. I finally decided it was time to drag them out of hiding and assess the damage. I had gone through some changes in our cat family and had these new ones trained up good with scratching posts. I started looking for that special skilled tradesman that could do the chairs justice. I researched the cost of the type of chair, a leather wingback chair, and I weighed replacement verses repair and decided I wanted to keep the chairs as close to their original look. I had done some research and knew that most quotes for re upholstery was right around $1000-2000, plus additional cost of materials. Looking at real leather was just too much when costed out. So a sit down with thousands of swatches was necessary. I was really grateful at how many choices that could be made. I knew I wanted to keep it as close to leather so I chose a burgundy wine color in a faux leather. The shop was really busy so I was told it could take a couple of weeks before they could get me on the roaster and they had to order the fabric and if not available it could delay starting the job. I was in no hurry so I told them to move ahead. I signed the contract and handed them a down payment. Before I left the shop a call was made to the shop that offered the faux leather and they had the amount needed so they ordered it and gave me the good news before I left. I had asked that I be kept up to date with progress by sending me pictures. Overall the work went smoothly and the results made me very happy. It was the pictures I had seen on Yelp that had convinced me to use Legacy Upholstery in the first place. There is a lot of pin and tucked sofas, chairs and restaurants booths that had used the same technique and design. Their work was impressive and I am very pleased with the out come. They offered pick up and delivery service which helped me a lot, the work was great, and the cost was in my budget. I recommend Legacy Upholstery!

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.
