I have been at this autozone for an hour (not because of their service, this is any car issue), and…read morealready feel the need to post a review. And I NEVER leave reviews. Brian, the parts sales manager is amazing. I went in to borrow their tools to take my door panel off cause my window fell into my door. I know NOTHING about cars so I borrow their tools and Brian sees me about to break my panel. So this lovely gentleman comes outside and takes off my panel for me and explains that it's the lift that has gone bad. So I ask him how much it is and if they sell it and I stead of trying to sell me on it, he is honest and explains unless I need the option to roll down my window that it is best to just stick a piece of cardboard in and leave it be. So he gets my window back up, sticks a piece of cardboard in, starts putting ny panel back on. I notice the window starts slipping again so I run inside and purchase some duct tape. While I'm inside, he comes in and notifies that just as he was about to finish putting the door panel back on, the window fell back dow. And he has some work stuff he has to finish before the end of his shift. But he offers that if I want to stick around till he is off, he can finish helping me. .....this man is offering to help me after a long day of work and isn't even being paid for it anymore! THAT my fair people is a gentleman and absolutely just...wow. I can't say much about the store but so far everyone has been kind and helpful and friendly as far as I have seen. Thank you Brian!

I bought a new 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum with 3" lift and leveling kit. I was looking to have…read morethe off-road look but keep the luxury. I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around. I will definitely refer Outlaw to anyone looking to upgrade their truck. Thank you Jake and Outlaw for taking care of my truck!

The suspension sag on my LC200 needed to be addressed so I fixed that and adding…read morea lift at the same time. 2" bilstein lift was fine at first but over time I noticed a clanking sound and it was a warranty issue. Contacted them at Venture to take a look and that dragged on for a month or so between them and me and bilstein. I was the one having to follow up. Not them giving me updates or whatever. Once the car got in and the issue was diagnosed I was given a day and half to get it fixed. Took more than a week and I follow-up constantly. They made no offer at all for all the wasted time I spent on this stupid thing. . They made it seem that having to buy the parts to fix the issue should make it square. But I can tell you I was calling, texting, and filling out their online form to get a response. Overall, not a good experience and would go another shop to get stuff done without a bunch of excuses.

It's a ten year old car, but it's now more fun to drive than ever, and GTIs are usually pretty enjoyable as-is. The manager, staff and mechanics were all very focused on giving my car the best service possible, being thorough with both repairs and communication, all without cutting corners and keeping me close to my budget. I'm very happy with the end product. It should be noted that this is the second car that I've entrusted to them to transform, and they did a fantastic job on both of them. I get the impression they take great pride in what they do, which is very encouraging for the car enthusiasts that bring their cars there. My car is a sleeper at first glance, but now has a take-your-breath-away, slam-your-head-back-against-the-seat, upgraded turbo and top-notch tune that really unlocked the true potential of my hot hatch.

Took my G82 here for some seriously basic mods. Engine bay intake (they did install, but left off…read moreone of the O rings - even if it was missing PRIOR to them installing - a quality shop would let you know, get a replacement O ring, and make sure it's properly installed prior to handing your keys back). They charge a premium on labor and have high school / college kids doing the actual work. Springs - During spring install, they punctured my OEM auxiliary radiator and then proceeded to argue with me over providing me a replacement (yes the replacement part is a step up from OEM, but NO it wasn't something I planned to do at that point, and surely wasn't expecting to pay for it!) Exhaust - had them install a single midpipe. Left with an awful rattle at low RPMs, had to take it back a few days later, wait for 2-3 hours, and they couldn't figure it out. I did my own research and found valve controllers which fixed the problem - the fact they had no idea and sent me on me way just tells you how little these "techs" know and how poor the quality of work is over here. Reach out for an excellent referral I've been working with since. Much more reasonable labor, very transparent and honest, and actually does all the hands on work himself instead of subbing to junior techs.

Waiting in the lobby for 20+ minutes before anyone helped. After I was finally checked in. I could hear other customers al saying the same thing about her attitude. The work they do here is ok and worth the price but the service she's providing is the reason people get mad. Do better Walmart management.

I had an appointment booked 10 days in advance and when I arrived, they told me the tire guy called in sick, and it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. I thought they only have one tire guy? The manager of the department couldn't give me a refund nor could Walmart return. I had to call an 800 to get my money back. In any case, I would never recommend Walmart for anything but in-store retail shopping.
