I was told at the last oil change that I needed to replace cabin filter. Why pay so much for labor for five minutes work and you don't even need a screwdriver to do on your own.... so I came here to purchase a new cabin filter. They have a reference book available so you know which one to buy. Despite of that, I ended up buying a wrong filter and the staff was more than helpful. He quickly processed return and looked up online for the correct one, not only that, he offered to replace the filter right there. It was raining but he came outside with me to my car, sat there for a few minutes to put the new filter for me so I didn't have to scratch my hand working on it. Had to jumpstart my battery this morning to get it in over there. Turned out to be less than 10 minutes, in and out, with excellent customer service from David. Windshield wipers as simple as they look can often be a challenge. I went in yesterday with the prescribed model and item number for my car. The employee worked with me opened the package and lo and behold it didn't have the right brackets. Back to the drawing board he went examining one closed set and model number until he found the one that might fit. He was right. It fit perfectly. He was patient took his time and wasn't going to stop until he solved the puzzle. When going into any service business one hopes for good service, just don't want poor. Well I didn't good service I received great service. Next time I need a part it's only o'Reilly for me. The customer service guy quickly found my info and realized my battery was still under warranty, which is always awesome. He rang me up and gave me new paperwork for the new battery in case I have an issue again. He told me to go open the hood and helped me quickly take out the old battery and put in the new one! My car was starting funny on 8-30-21 and I knew the battery was going bad. The garage I usually go to couldn't look at my car for 2-3 hours but they said O'Reilly could help and they sure did! It was a VERY hot day and the battery in my Honda Pilot is very hard to access. But the man who came out and checked my battery, also installed the new one in record time, with no mention at all of the heat. Unbelievable service. The service engine light came on so I pulled into this auto parts store. The young man working there brought out a testing gauge and identified the problem under the dash board. He plugged in the item that came unplugged and I was on my way at no charge. I wish I would have gotten his name. read more

My headlight had burnt out and I called our mechanic to see if he could put a new one in, if I went to O'Reilly's to get the bulb. My mechanic wanted me to drop off the car and come back in an hour. Mind you this was at 6:45 with 3 techs waiting for work. His reason was that something else may be wrong. Really?? I went to get some items at this store with my elderly father and the two employees in the store were deliberately not wearing a mask for the entire time we were in the store (which was about 10-15 minutes). In addition to this the employee helping us stood about 2 feet away from my father and I. We are in the midst of a global pandemic and it is mandated by the government to wear a mask in public work spaces. It is ridiculous that the two employees could not wear a mask for an elderly customer for just 15 minutes. I made a yelp account JUST so I could complain about this carelessness. read more

This isn't the right location, as mine up in Cave Creek was not listed. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I brought my car in with a bad battery. They checked, it was under warranty. They replaced it on the spot, and there was no charge. They pulled it out and put the new one in, right in the parking lot. Amber has helped me a couple of times in person and she's great - very friendly and knowledgeable. She performed a complimentary check on my alternator and sold me the replacement part that I was sure I needed. A week later it turned out that it wasn't the alternator (not her fault all she did was tell me the reading - I was going by a diagnosis from Sears :-( I brought back the part with my receipt and was immediately given credit back to my card - easy-peasy! I like that the store employs a couple of women. Virtually everyone I've dealt with (male or female ;-) is very nice, professional and happy to help or answer questions. The amazing part is that the store is open until 10 pm most nights (check for exact hours) -- so convenient for those of us that turn into "vampires" in the scalding Phoenix summer heat! Just now Bobby helped me by confirming that my new parts had come in -- nice guy! I'm paying off my car loan this month and already things are flaking out so i expect to need more help in the future and I'm definitely grateful that this OReilly store is almost right around the corner - I'll be back! read more

Hours are actually to 10pm. My car battery died. Never a convenient time for that to happen, especially when all major dealerships are closed. My insurance recommended this store. I've never been here and was impressed. New battery at affordable price in 15 minutes. read more

First time I came here it was a problem with my stereo I wanted replaced and the employee was happy to help me put in my new one I had purchased but as he was replacing it he put a whole crack down my center console and did nothing but apologize and it cost me over $500 to repair. second off I bought something to help my air conditioning for around $50 and the employee said if it doesn't help just take it back so I come back and ask to talk to the manager and he is nothing but rude and saying I can't get a refund and I am very upset with this business in how the mistreat their guests and hire the most untrustable employees I've ever met.
