I went in for a warranty on my work van it was fully covered they replaced one bulb and I was back on the road I had them install LED lights inside to see if it would work and it is great , I was looking at installing light with battery but this is cleaner and simpler and cheaper. I literally have been having problems with my after market headlights since February of Last year...I am a car guy and can usually figure things out...I installed them and they worked great...then they didn't work great (Or at all)...had a headlight "Specialist" in California come and fix them...they were good for a couple of months...then stopped working...I had the engine replaced in my Dodge Challenger and I fixed the lights again myself by replacing the bulbs and ballasts...they didn't last long...went to HID Lights after moving to Arizona from California...HID saved my life...they took everything down to the bare bones and started over...new bulbs...ballasts...connections...replacements...everything is working perfectly...they are a great group of guys and I can highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!! read more

The team here installed aftermarket headlights, put in new fog lights, and side markers which I brought in. I originally wanted HIDs and left with LEDs in both the headlights and fogs. I had aftermarket headlights put onto my GMC Acadia at the dealer because the stock lights in the base model sucked like a black hole from which no light escapes. Their charge was about four hundred bucks and I endured them for over two years because I paid FOUR hundred bucks for them so I just wasn't willing to say I made a mistake, but deep down I knew I couldn't see jack at night and I frickin hated it! I live down in Florence where it's nothing but two lane, unlit roads that frequently have coyotes or stray dogs running across them. So I just made it a point to try to get home before it got dark or I would white knuckle it if I couldn't. Enough was enough, so I read the reviews and took my ride down to Get HID Lights. Best decision ever!!! The cost to install new bulbs was way less than I expected, and the difference is ah-hem, night and day. I took it out tonight and I can see everything now! Gone are my 'be home before the streetlights come on' curfews. I am just super thrilled with my new lights and the guys at HID that I can't sing their praises enough! For what it's worth I also mentioned to the guys there that while I wanted bright lights, I didn't want to blind oncoming traffic. I recently purchased and "attempted" to install my own LED light kit and I did it horribly wrong. I called around for quotes and everyone pointed me to Get HID Lights. I was told multiple times they were top notch quality, service and price. They were able to get me in as a walk-in and rewire my lights after my failed install. They were also able to get the extra wiring finished so I can have the extra HALO's and LED's on. They did all of this for under $60 bucks. The price does differ depending if you have an European import vs anything else. I believe the normal shop rate for just inspection and to get you in is $40. That does go towards your final bill. I seen a review saying how LED lights install were $40-60. So I called in they told me they could install some LED light I ordered on Amazon for 60-95 for me. So I decided to come in! Then a young guy and a bigger bald gentlemen tell me my LED lights are plastic. So they'll break. And to use the ones they provide would be 550.. which is crazy. & he then showed me where on Amazon (60$ LED lights good price) to order "differnet metal ones" and then install 350.. which is ridiculous if you ask me. Great place. Easy to find, lots of parking. Inside the staff are really helpful, started by listening to what I was looking for. They did not try to upsell or talk me into something I didn't need. Provided me the facts and prices then when I decided to go ahead with the lights, they fit me in right away and finished up super quickly. Then they allowed me to inspect the work and explained what they did. The prices were excellent and I drove away with new headlamps for my older car. I went in after getting a recommendation from an auto parts store. So Glad I did. Tony (a tech) and Brian (owner) were Awesome to work with! I went in looking for info on how to install some LED's on my Jeep and they took the time to actually draw a diagram of what to do! Something I learned a long time ago is that you can't judge a business by its location or storefront. My Honda Element lights were fading and I called Honda they said that will be $450 to change out both lights. Whoa how about the headlight blubs? $200 thank you and I started looking. I found this place on Yelp and its a across the street from mint dispensary should you need a location point. When you walk in it looks pretty common and dated but these guys know they have their market. They asked me what I wanted to see how bright gave me a demo and sold me some nice bright led lights. One of the guys even asked me if I needed a to be shown how to install one. Sure I'm never going to pass up experience. I'm a computer engineer and this is their bread and butter I'm not going to let pride let in the way of my ignorance. Pride be damned show me so I don't ruin my purchase. I only saw two guys working there and they were warm, friendly, smiled, laughed. I like people like this, these are the people I would drink beer with and have wings. What I've learned is that people expect the best when its in the best part of town or the showroom is done to impress. How about the product and the customer service? Yeah that is what I will go back to, hell they could operate out of a white van with free candy written on the side with crayon and I'd still buy the product. Brian and his team were excellent! I had LED bulbs installed all around and they look awesome. I even had an issue due to the wiring of my truck and Brian and Tony figured out what the problem was. They didn't try to do shoddy wiring that could put the rest of electrical at risk. They gave me the best option even if it meant less bulbs. You can't find honest businesses like this anymore. How many trips does it take to get headlights? My father is on his 3rd trip back and still is not satisfied with his lights. First time we left with lights pointing in wrong direction. On our second trip the adjustment screws got broken and on our third trip we are asking why we paid for LED lights and still have the old ones installed. Not my favorite light place read more

I stopped in here today to ask about a headlight issue I was having with my 2015 Dodge Durango HID headlight! I had attempted to fix it myself, halfway through I realized I needed HELP!!
