I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.

I tried fixing the problem myself by buying the 3M Headlight Restoration Kit, but the results (while better than before) were lackluster. I called these guys and the area manager drove up from South Broward to Boynton Beach to help me out. For not much more than the DIY kit, he restored my headlight to showroom quality. Im kind of kicking myself for not looking into these guys sooner and wasting money on that DIY kit. Absolutely recommend and will use again for other services!

Would not make a special trip as you can get same stuff online at similar and lower pricing shipped, often less. Nothing wrong overall, but easier options exist online which limit the drive.

He seemed sincerely apologetic, so I rescheduled for Thursday 9/19/24 at 11AM. At 2PM on 9/19/24, I still had not heard from Eric. I called his phone number (no answer, left a message) and e-mailed him asking if he was still planning on showing up to do my car. No answer. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don't expect to hear from him at this point. Maybe he had another "good" reason for not showing or contacting me, but at this point, I am out of patience and will look elsewhere for someone who is able and willing to do the work.

I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Paul was extremely fair, honest and affordable and worked with us to bring the boat back to like new condition. His guys also redid all the teak flooring and we were blown away.
