The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pulled a few tire options for me at different price points. I ended up needing 3 tires since my opposite tire was old anyway and I had another tire with a nail in it! I was happy they were willing to do 3 instead of 4 tires, since #4 was only a few months old. I appreciated they didn't try to force me into a 4th tire just to make a sale. The location is good for waiting there because you can walk to a few places while you wait (Primos, Marshalls, etc.). My wait wasn't super short, but I was really just happy they were able to squeeze me in without anything scheduled in advance on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.

This has been the worst experience. I waa at this mavis to day 6/19/2026. I am deeply disturbed by…read morewhat I witnessed at Mavis Tire. As a Caucasian female, I was appalled by the way a Caucasian manager treated an African American woman. His behavior was not merely unprofessional--it was degrading, hostile, and completely unacceptable. During the interaction, the manager repeatedly called the customer a liar, spoke to her with blatant disrespect, and referred to her as "you people." The tone, language, and overall treatment were offensive and humiliating. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, he appeared intent on belittling and discrediting her in front of others. Watching this unfold was uncomfortable and upsetting. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment, regardless of the situation. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. What I witnessed reflected a serious lack of professionalism, poor judgment, and a complete disregard for basic customer service standards. I strongly encourage Mavis Tire's corporate leadership to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. Conduct like this damages the company's reputation and creates an environment where customers may feel unwelcome, disrespected, or targeted. Based on what I witnessed, this manager's behavior fell far below the standards any customer should have to tolerate. I hope this young lady get the help that she needs. I my self even took her phone number down just incase I can be of assistance

There was one instance where a woman was there who could not pay for all of the work done on her car. She was about $10 short. She was very upset and I was going to offer to pay for it, but when I pulled aside one of the guys, he said not to worry about it and that they were going to take care of it. That act of kindness was amazing. Sure we hate taking our car in for an oil change or inspection and find out there's more work needed, but they mean well and I've never felt they were trying to get me to spend more money. Great place all around. Also like the coffee and wifi while I'm waiting for my oil changes.

The "manager" named Dakota was zero help. With that being said, They changed brake pads without doing rotors ( which they claim should never be done) then proceeded to tell me that the tech who worked on the vehicle last time was terrible & they fired him. He just told me that the to do the rotor would be another $450+ tax! We already paid to get a complete brake job done prior to this work order ( 4k on the brakes since Oct. 2025 ) When I asked for a supervisors info he refused to give to me and said if I were to call his boss he would probably "cuss" me out ! No corporate number available either. I guess this is what you get when you don't take the vehicle to the dealership.

he shop itself is clean, organized, and well-equipped for working on European vehicles. The owner?…read moreNick, is approachable and seems knowledgeable about cars, which was reassuring. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they take their time explaining the work that needs to be done. However, there were a few points in the process where communication could have been clearer. Services Requested & Execution I brought my car in for a few services, including a diagnostic check for the fuel system, an alignment, and a routine oil change. The diagnostic check was handled fairly well, but there was a slight delay in getting the full results. I was informed of the issues, but I had to follow up a couple of times to get a complete breakdown. While everything was eventually explained, a more proactive approach would have been appreciated. For the suspension and alignment, they did a good job addressing my concerns. The car handled noticeably better after the work was completed. They were able to tighten up the steering, but I did feel like the service could have gone a step further in terms of customizing the alignment for my driving style. It felt like a more generic approach. The oil change and fluid check went smoothly, and they did a good job of ensuring everything was topped off and in order. However, I did notice a slight upcharge on the parts they used compared to what I had seen elsewhere. While it wasn't outrageous, it did make me question the overall pricing structure a little. The Road Test: Good, But Not Exceptional After picking up the car, the throttle response was improved, and the suspension felt more stable. The car was handling better overall, and the ride was smoother. But, as with the service itself, the improvements were good but not exceptional. It didn't feel like a massive transformation, but the car was certainly in better shape than when it arrived. Final Verdict: Solid Service with Some Room for Improvement German Auto Specialists offers reliable and quality work on European vehicles, and I can see why they have a strong reputation in the area. Nick and his team are professional and knowledgeable, but there were a few moments that felt a little rushed or lacking in communication. While I appreciate the quality of the work performed, I would have preferred more transparency regarding pricing and the exact details of the services performed. Four stars. A solid choice for BMW owners, but a bit more transparency and customer service would make it a top-tier experience.

They charged me a massive amount for the PCV part itself and listed an oem part number. However, when I took the car to a second shop they noted that German Auto Specialists had used a Uro PCV. Uro is known to be hit and miss and is not OEM quality, and also costs a QUARTER of the price of OEM. Why wouldn't you just use the part you charged me for especially since I was trying to figure out if I needed super expensive engine work like piston rings or valve stems?
