Before our test drive, Scott warned us that the AC was not working and that was something they were looking into. After we test drove it, we were sold, we wanted to buy it right away. Scott insisted that they get the AC figured out before we move forward with paperwork. After a few days they found the issue. It ended up being in the main fuse block. They replaced it as soon as they got the part. Scott called me down to get the paperwork finished and even that was hassle free. Everything with the vehicle has been working fine. We were flying out in the morning for the holidays. Tim was also going on vacation. We told him we would call when we all got back if the car was still there. A few days before Tim got back, we checked and the car was still on the lot. Living in the U.P. Traverse City is a 3-hour drive. Came down and Mike Krimmel, sales manager got us set up with a test drive. We had a few specific Acadia questions and Mike brought us to GM sales. Met with Matthew Hule who was wonderful and answered all of our questions. Matthew also provided us with other information to help us with our decision. Called Tim on his first day back. We made the deal. Paperwork was very smooth with Chris Brown, business manager. The Acadia was ours before the end of the week. Of added note it was detailed perfect. They never sent the proof that I paid $7,000. I was told there was a second key and it would be mailed. No key ever arrived. They stopped taking my calls. We trusted him as we learned we graduated together. Hes no where to be found and I have one key. The dealer wants $300 for a second key. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN!
