I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. The day of week and date of month didn't match. When I arrived on the Saturday morning the owner showed me I was set for a different Saturday. Without any hesitation he got all four guys in the shop to start working immediately to get the job done in front of others. He knew I was a hour drive away from home. During the initial consultation, the guy let me know that they also do partial/full wraps. I was happy to learn that. I'll certainly be giving them my business for that. Regarding my tints, Umbre isn't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. They do great work. I only did the front windows, as the other windows are factory-tinted. They told me it's cost $250 for the mid-grade service. They only charge for the quality of the tint, not the level of tint. They offer a lifetime warranty on all services. And they under-promised and over-delivered, as I got out 40 minutes sooner than expected. I highly recommend this business.

I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Always on the run...
