Informed him insurance was totaling my camper out and I was waiting on payment. he agreed and considered it sold. we continue to talk he took pics for me measurements to make sure my new sink would fit etc. Finally got insurance to pay me on Wednesday informed him funds were there and I would be there Friday morning to pick up said trailer. He agreed ok and he would see me then. Friday rolls around I txt him let him know I'm in route from Houston and we are coming. He agrees .. ok. Pull into the lot about 10am the said trailer is hooked to another truck. Salesman approaches and says how can I help. I state I spoke with Tim all week and this morning and I was coming to get that trailer. he replies with " well It just sold " I said there's no way I have text showing that I was on my way and he acknowledged that he knew. Salesman and owner refused to call gentleman back and inform them they made a mistake and to make things right. Instead they watch us walk back to our truck with cash and leave pissed off. Now I took a whole day off of work and spent about 9 hours round trip in my truck to get treated like this. now I have no trailer all new sink and appliances that were made to be put in the trailer and stuck with it. Thanks Tim ! I have informed continental cargo of this horrible business and they neither are happy. This company deserves all it has coming for not making it right. In todays society all a man has is his word and well Tim's ,,, his word is no good. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! The print-out said I needed a new oil pressure sending unit and also recommended replacing the intake manifold gasket. It was not a cheap fix. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I researched it and discovered that Texas Auto Care had the best reviews by far. I called and spoke with James, the owner and mechanic. He gave me a quote of nearly $500. I dropped my car off and when he called to say the car was ready, he advised me there would be no charge as he felt there had been a glitch in the system when my oil was changed the day before. I would highly recommend Texas Auto Care. It would have been so easy for them to have done the job and I never would have known! I can't tell you how thankful I am that I found James and Jessica. Their honesty is overwhelming and so appreciated!
