Every single Google review for them is 1-star except one that they tricked a customer into writing for them... Her transmission was out on a truck she bought TEN DAYS prior, and they said they'd fix it if she posted since she had spread the word about them and called attorneys. So she posted the positive review to find (shocker) that they lied and will only pay for 1/3 the cost of a new $1,500 transmission and a "1 year warranty." One year warranty, are you serious?! WHY in the WORLD would they expect you to pay for warranty after a year when you used that deal to get out of paying for a 30-DAY warranty?! This place is a joke . #LanesAutoScam

Buyer beware. My…read moreexperience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I was told one price, then somehow ended up paying roughly double. The vehicle never had proper Texas temporary tags, and even though it came with a 90-day warranty, the check engine light was on for most of the time I owned it. The vehicle was returned to them over and over for the exact same issues. They repeatedly acknowledged the fuel pressure regulator was causing hard starts, sometimes taking 20 minutes just to get the car running, yet the problem was never fixed. I made it clear I wasn't making my first payment until the car was actually repaired. All they had to do was fix it correctly. The last time they had my car, they gave me an '08 Impala as a loaner. Out of curiosity, I checked its history. The mileage raised serious questions, so I checked a couple of other VINs on vehicles sitting there. What I found only made me more concerned. At that point I was done. I told them I no longer wanted repairs. I wanted my money back. After everything I'd experienced, I had zero confidence in keeping a vehicle that was already falling apart before the warranty even expired. I was told I'd get a call the next day. A week went by. Nothing. Then the vehicle disappeared without anyone contacting me. I actually reported it stolen because I had no idea where it had gone. I eventually drove by the dealership and found it sitting there. When I went to get my belongings, my purse and everything that had been inside it were gone. When I asked who had picked up the vehicle, I couldn't get the name of the company that recovered it. That only raised more questions for me. This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. Between the recurring mechanical problems, poor communication, and what happened to my personal property, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do your homework. Get independent inspections. Verify everything in writing. There are too many honest dealers out there to gamble your money on one that leaves you questioning every step of the process. And as for me? I'd pop pussy on a handstand down the highway before I'd ever buy another vehicle from this place. ‍
