After leaving the restaurant I decided to check my fluids and sure enough antifreeze was near empty. I had just driven across country in the summer before taking it in for service and thought they'd top up the fluids. I called as I was concerned other things might have been overlooked, was told by the lady who answered the phone, who insisted on constantly interrupting and arguing, that they can't keep all the fluids for all Nissans there. This IS Nissan. And the fluid is antifreeze. I might have been understanding if not for her unfortunate customer service and clear lack of knowledge. I'll take it where they top up fluids as part of the service they provide next time.

After spending $19,000 on a truck worth no more than $13,000...he was out another $3000. He didn't get it out of the drive at the mechanic shop when the transmission goes out.... Another $5500. Drives it for 5 weeks then the motor blows... Well he could not afford another $6000 so he has to let the finance company come and get it.... If you have any doubt of what I'm saying, just speak to the mechanic (Brian Purdy) he knows exactly who I'm talking about... Scammers. Selling lemons they purchase at auto auctions then will try to reposs these cars for…read morevarious reasons to try to collect deficiency balances. I have filed in court against them for Breach of contract amongst other things. One of their current or previous employees reached out to me either as a fishing expedition or to acknowledge they are running an unethical business. Screenshots attached. It's hard to say because some of his statement was omitting key details or diluted with things he could have misinterpreted about my particular situation. Including statements that I was posting particular things & bringing up accusations about insurance that were assumptions. Also they filed their business name under a different fictitious name in the state of Arkansas which is odd. There are many cases where they have done illegal and unethical things to other people as well.
