bought a 09 Chevy Malibu last year around this time WITH WARRANTY for certain problems on the car…read more Two months down the road, I noticed it had an oil leak. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I had a shop look at the car. Guess what? they sold me a car for almost 14 grand with a value gasket cover leak, a VISIBLE crack in the exhaust. A seal that's causing restrain of airflow to the engine, & not to mention the least of the issue the electrical problems it has. As in, my brake lights not working sometimes, the radio, lights & so on. I always kept up on payments until around May of last year when I was told they would get it in a shop. I tried contacting bubba several times after that, with no answer to getting it in the shop. I talked with the manager Adrian, she told me I had to be caught up TWO payments as I've started slacking on payments due to them slacking on their customer service for a car that is under warranty that they sold to me with the problems it had. Not only make the two payments up, but also the service fee. Since the last 2 1/2 months I have been stranded 3 different times. Im a single mom with two children. The car dies with no warning no matter where you are. How unsafe for me but to think of it happening everytime I take my children anywhere scares me! The first time it died, I was stuck for 4 hours in the summer heat for their tow truck company! Went to the shop. I paid for seal for the motor to be fixed so it would run half ways atleast! The second time thank goodness I didn't even get off my road when it died. This causes me to be out of work but they still expect their payment. This week due to failing me, I missed a whole week to work & they took the last money I had for their non working car. I talked to Angela, she seemed very sincere and told me I will call you Monday! we will work something out. Guess what? no call. yesterday 10/16 I'm on THE BYPASS in rush hour traffic going to work so they can have their payment, what does it do? DIE! on the bypass! I manage to get it on the side of the road barely over the white line as it won't start back or anything when it does this. so what am I again? stuck, out of work, a non working car, on the side of the road. At this point I don't even call carmart because they do nothing for me. I call my family, they come help me. AGAIN ITS THE MOTOR RESTRICTING AIRFLOW! Today, of course they're calling me for their payment for a broke down car that's under warranty for what needs to be fixed. so I tell my account manager George, what happened which he is absolutely fabulous... he tells me, I'll talk to Adrian(the manager) & I'll call you back. still no call back because they straight IGNORE their customers issues. The week it was broke down & I handed them my last $100, & was upset explaining the situation to Sue, Landen, feels the need to stop cleaning windows & come involve himself to tell me not to speak to her like that, there's nothing she can do. I was not rude. I was crying. as a single mom, this is my only transportation & it's putting me out of work every week. So of course I am highly upset. This store has some hard challenges, the manager makes the accountants do the dirty work & tell you instead of her, which means they catch the grief. The lot is OVER FULL with cars but I'm driving one under warranty where I always made payments on time until they wouldn't fix it & no one will help at all. Don't count on bubba to get your car in the shop because it's a hit & miss. Lori at the desk, I'm not sure why they have her at the desk, she's half asleep most of the time or you can't understand her on the phone. Sue & Bre are very sweet. brittney is great! Always friendly. Angela is very understanding but I don't understand why nothing is getting done. George is fantastic! Tim calls me early as he can for payment reminders on a car that half runs, that's irritating. Landen, needs to stay in his pay wage & clean windows unless he knows how to fix the car or wants to make the payment. All around this place needs a new manager, new staff. Something. In 2020 I got a car from them & had no issues. To say less, it's sad that their values, & promises are not held. I wish I could add all the pictures of the oil leak, & the times I'm on the side of the road due to this car & them not fixing it while it's under warranty. Expecting 2 payments up & a service fee is wild for a car that was sold as a lemon to begin with.

While pressing people to buy their protection and service contract. I and my friend Nadine went to Car Mart on 11/22/21 I was met by the salesperson Mason. We tried 2011 Dodge Caliber I test drove the vehicle the rear end sounded bad it sound like it was getting ready to fall out; so we test drove 2013 Nissan Sentra it drove ok on the short test drive. And they stressed I need to get a service contract or protection plan. I took it home and proceeded to drive first thing I had to put air in all the tires then I drove around town it started jerking going up or down a hill. I brought it back and asked did they have these vehicles checked out before they sold Lacy said no. They then let me test drive a 2005 Cadillac Deville and heavily stressed I purchase a service contract which I did they did not tell me the price till I was filling out the contract they stated it was 8,999 for the car I asked why so high they said everybody overpriced their vehicles. I needed a car so I sign the contract with the service agreement which was 999.00. I went back today asked 11/29/21 to have the service contract taken off the contract. I filled out a statement saying I did not want it she told me the 999.00 would be applied to the back of my contract. Now even though I have a seven-day satisfaction guarantee they said since I brought back the Nissan I can not return the Cadillac within the 7 days as the satisfaction statement says that it is no longer valid. I believe they have false pretenses when they sell these vehicles and press people to purchase the protection plan and service agreement especially if they do not have a mechanic to check the vehicle out and believe they are price gouging on these vehicles.

First off I want to say. I'm an idiot for buying from them in the first place. They show me every…read moresign of why I shouldn't. When I got there, I drove the the 2017 Nissan Titan that they they was showing me and it drove great but it was only 1 square that we drove on and I never got it up for 25 hour which is why I say it's my fault. There was no check engine light on or anything. I had a 2011 RAV4 that I traded them and they gave me $4,000 for which I was okay with that. Even though it was low, it was more than other people offered. But when I traded it in, the salesman literally turned my check engine light off with his little pluggy thingy and just winked at me. That should have told me then they did the same thing with my truck but I didn't know what was in store. I finalized my deal and drove my truck home and then the next morning on my way to work it broke down. It was the fuel pump. The owner of Howard Johnson's told me he would try and replace it and holler back at me. I just needed to get the truck to him which I had it towed to the shop that they use. 6 weeks, and I still had heard nothing which I called and they haven't even started on my truck. I told them that was b******* because my whole life had been turned upside down because of this truck + that is just not acceptable that I've made two payments on a truck and still not even got to drive it. They then reneged on paying for it like they said they would. Since then I have put in three fuel pumps, two rack and pinions in the front end, new computer and a whole new fuel injection system and the problem still not gone. These guys are scumbags. Don't buy from them. Don't buy from them. Don't buy from them. They will screw you. They aren't good people and don't buy from them. My wife has gotten exponentially worse since I became involved with these slick con men
