KIA service has never let me down. This is my second or third appointment at this location. It's easy to find, easy to drive into service; FYI no more waiting in your car - get out and go to the service counter - that was a bit awkward but now I know! (Nothing and no one indicates the procedure that I could tell). I was getting recalls taken care of and an oil change. A newfangled trick is they send you a video of your car being inspected. They took care of everything quickly and the complimentary vacuuming was much appreciated. The two gentleman who helped me at the service counter - Chad and Dorian - were both pleasant and efficient. I'd like it if they cleaned up the upholstery in the waiting area. It's covered in long female hairs. It's not "gross" per se but it's not great, either. It's a cute set up, very stylish, although the seats are rather hard. There is a coffee machine available, a popcorn machine that I didn't quite trust (how long had the popcorn been in there?), vending machines, and I *think* complimentary snacks behind the service counter - with a hand written sign, they could up that game a little. Honestly the lobby is kind of meh, with toilet paper boxes just sitting out and almost nothing of interest on the pamphlet counter. Best part - in and out quickly, at a reasonable price. The first time I went over there in 2023, I was pregnant and trying to buy a car, I was working full-time. they had my information to see what they can approve me for and they told me they'll get back to me. They never got back to me. This year 2025, I received an a birthday email saying happy birthday here is $500 off and I replied " you guys didn't want my business to begin with stop, emailing me!" Management contacting back apologizing, saying that they will help me, but that never happened. I will never try to do business with these folks again because they clearly never wanted my business. When I first got there, I told them I would am interested in buying a new car and to understand where they sit on pricing. The first sales person I was given sat me down and asked me what I wanted, which I explained and after discussing, he told me to wait a second for me him to crunch the numbers. I walked around and he was sitting at his desk looking at his phone, I thought he was working on it so I waited. When I went back and asked, he told me he was waiting for me and gave me... and then gave a pricing that was far above MSRP. I told him he wasted my time and he told me that he can't help me with pricing because I had to leave and would come back because of my child and he mentioned that "the likelihood that I would buy from there if I left was extremely low, so I have to buy today in order to get any deal before leaving the lot". I am not the type of person to be pressured nor do I deal with sleazy sales people. This is a very sleazy car lot. Do not go here. Their sales people are all new because they rotate through and they will call themselves "consultants" and "senior" but they are not. I ended up buying a new KIA same month, but it was definitely not here Absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone buying a car. This review is for finance and service. Lin in sales was amazing and if i could review her separately i would give her 5 stars. However, the other departments suck so bad. They NEVER answer the phones. I called service 10+ times at varying times (all during business hours) and left voice messages each time. I never received a return call. I also used the assistant online and they also never had anyone reach out to me that could help. I purchased my first Kia here in 2021 and had an overall great experience. This time, the finance guy i originally worked with told me he had to do some digging before finalizing my paperwork on the extra items i had purchased on my first Kia. He said that i had credits i could use towards my current loan. I let him know that the oil changes for life was very important to me. I drove off with my car and never heard back. I called several times with no response. I just all the sudden started getting bills from Kia finance so I knew he had finalized my paperwork without talking to me. The first oil change I got I couldn't get in for an appointment in a timely manner so I paid for one from a different shop to ensure my car was getting serviced in time. The next time I got an oil change i brought it to Kia and i was met with a bill at the end even though I had said the oil changes for life was extremely important to me. Zaid in finance helped ease my emotions at this time because he said he would give me oil changes for life at the original cost of my first loan of $700, and then he would remove the payment that i made for the oil change that day from that total. He told me I could get him a payoff letter from my bank and retroactively cancel my old plans (just like the one finance guy says he'd do but never did) and when that check came in i could pay for it with that. This was a viable option for me so I agreed. I got my payoff letter the next day and called to get his email so I could send it over. I of course was met with a voicemail so i left one. No return call. I continually called at least once a week with no return call. My schedule is very difficult to get there during business hours so calling was my best option. I never got one and I had to get another oil change. At this appointment, i went and spoke to Zaid who remembered all of this and he gave me his personal cell number, had me sign a paper, and told me he would take care of it. I immediately sent him the payoff letter so he could get started. I paid for this oil change out of pocket as well. I figured it might take him some time so i gave him a couple of weeks and then reached out for an update. He did not answer. I reached out again and he said he was on a Month long vacation and to reach out to someone else. I asked him to give my contact information to someone that could take care of me because I am never able to get ahold of someone when I try. I called just now and was sent to voicemail. I am now resorting to review because maybe someone will see it that actually cares and will follow through with their promises. read more

Do NOT buy a used car from these guys. The buying experience was great. Caleb was great. When I bought it they sold me a 2 year extended warranty. Which I thought, at the time, was good. But after a few months the problems started. I also had asked them several times when I could bring it in for an oil change. They said it was not time yet. Then, a few months later, I started having problems with the car. It would not start. The battery was DEAD. I would wait about 20 minutes and it would start. So I took it into service and they wanted to charge me $300 for a diagnostic on it. I told them I had a bad battery. I thought I had a warranty. They informed me that the warranty was ONLY if something catastrophic happened and the car completely died and was not drivable. So thier advice was to drive the car until that happened then they would fix it. So preventative maintenance was NOT covered. SO I let them diagnose it, and yes, the battery was shot. Why would they sell me a car with a bad battery? They also said that it was leaking oil, I had oil in my sparkplugs and needed new plugs put in and that fixed, and I was also 2 quarts low on my oil. Well, I had dealt with that with my other Kia and could change that myself. SO, I replaced the battery myself and changed the sparkplugs myself. But when I was changing the plugs, guess what?? There was NO oil in the spark plugs. It was clean. They LIED to me. saying it needed something it did not need. And what it did need, I was able to fix myself. So, I will NEVER take my car back to their service department again. UNLESS there is a catastrophic problem with my car and the engine blows up. I will also NEVER buy another car from them again. When I talked with Lin Pickard, she confirmed that they would honor the advertised Labor Day special for $3k down, $79 monthly base price plus taxes and fees for their Niro EV. I showed up willing to pay all the fees and taxes with that great base pricing. I was showed a monthly payment of $348m and I said I was willing to pay that monthly if they can show me the math of how the base of $79 increased to $348, because the numbers I was shown did not add up. Zaid, their accountant, showed up and could not get the numbers to add up. The manager refused to show me how the numbers add up. This was a bait and switch! To add insult to injury, some young man at your front desk aggressively asked me why I did not take the deal and mocked loudly my answer. So, I came in willing to buy, and came out mocked, insulted and lied to. read more

Our salesman Brady worked with us for a couple of weeks to make sure we got the car we wanted at a price that really worked for us. He stayed in touch with us via texts throughout the sale to make sure our needs were getting met and we understood each step, Zaid, who processed our financial paperwork, made sure we understood every dollar we were spending and carefully led us through all the options for dealer add ons. In that time, we have called, visited, called, visited, called, visited, etc. 1st problem, you call and get voice mail. No one calls back. 2nd problem, they may call with an update......the car will be ready Wednesday-we'll update. (No call). Call them, Voicemail, etc. adnauseum. 3rd problem, you visit, they make you wait on long lines while various people are working on computers and one person is doing customer service. They will not contact management for you. 4th problem, they still have the car and we have no update as to it's condition, when it will be ready, and how to solve the problem. The issue was diagnosed as error code P1326, linked to a known engine defect under Kia's extended warranty. After replacing the knock sensor, the engine failed again shortly after. Despite having an extended warranty, Kia corporate denied the engine replacement claim because I couldn't provide oil change receipts, which were lost when my car was stolen--a theft issue that's part of a class-action lawsuit against Kia. Initially, the service advisor said a written summary of past maintenance would be acceptable, but this was later rejected. My car remains undrivable at the dealership, and my attempts to get clear communication and documentation have been largely ignored. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing both from the dealership and corporate. read more

I finally got my car back, after a month of it sitting in their parking lot, waiting to be diagnosed. And their diagnosis was that, after a test drive, they felt that there was nothing that needed to be fixed. The thing is, Kia EVs keep a log of every time they're driven. Guess when the test drive took place. May 17. This was after I'd delivered the car to them on April 30. And I got my car back on May 31. By my reckoning, that means it took them *over two weeks to even look at the car*, and then *another two weeks to give it back to me*. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was constantly trying to get updates from them, only to be stonewalled. I posted my initial negative review here and was immediately contacted by their social media person with information on who else to get in touch with there. I tried to get in touch with all of them. Not a single response. These people. These FREAKING people. Every time I've been at the service department, there have been so many other people in line there with similar complaints. Lack of communication, lack of progress, complete disorganization, NOTHING going right AT ALL. If you need regular car maintenance, take it anywhere but here. And if you need your car to get Kia-specific service, take it to any other dealership. There is no way anyone else is even remotely this bad. read more

So they converted the waiting area to a sales area, very hard to hear with the tv, people talking on the phones. You can't tell who is in sales and who is a customer waiting. I purchased a minivan in January 2025 from Car Pros. Everything was smooth until the sale was closed and then everything was going downhill. There was some paint peeling off a door panel they were going to replace it free. They said I will be informed when the parts came in. I never got a call and had to call the sales person (Name withheld out of respect) several times. Then my temporary plate was about to expire and I had to call in to find out what was happening. After several calls finally I got an email asking me to come in to install the plates and a "Hey BTW we can install the door panels at the same time". I had both done and a few days later, I got a message from service to say the license plates have arrived. They didn't even know I had it installed! I was sold a warranty with free oil changes. When I call service to schedule an oil change, they say I am not in the system. Then they transfer me to Sales to verify and Sales transfer me to Finance. Then I get a message to say the mailbox is full, so I cannot leave a message. I was also sold the Lo Jack. When I tried to enroll the system says that I need a device installed. I went in and talked to the salesperson and she says I don't need that and she will have Finance call me and set it up. 5 months later, no calls and no one is responding to my calls. At this point I have no option than to file a complaint with BBB and explore legal options! read more

I had a 6 month old Kia Sorrento and the backup sensor fell into the bumper- I had not hit it, or done anything to make it fall in. There were no marks. The service dept insisted it was my fault and would not be covered under warranty- they made me pay for it and as an "apology" (because they knew they were in the wrong), gave me car wash vouchers. I was upset and called Kia Corporate- who apologized profusely and agreed that this should have been covered. I got from them info on another dealer with better ratings, on the east side up 405 hiway 25 mins. Do yourself a solid and do not buy a car here! Truly terrible service experience. Were told our car would take 1-2 days to diagnose issues with some lights that were on. Called on day 2 and was basically called a liar that they told us 1-4 days to diagnose. When I inquired what takes four days I was told that they are very busy and there are lots of other cars they are dealing with. So is my car just sitting there unattended? I have no idea. We waited until day five of no communication and went to pick it up. We made an appointment at another dealership down South who was able to diagnose our issues and give a quote the same day we dropped off. Worth the drive to avoid this place. Won't be coming back. So now I am out work money, insurance money (because I have to insure it longer and my rides money and time) I am so livid that they have 3 people just standing behind the desk when I walk in, why can't they be checking appointments to make sure parts are there for the appointments? In both instances we left numerous messages with our point of contact and the manager and no one returns call. I have a 2024 Ev6 with 16k miles leased from Car Pros. I scheduled an appointment for a safety recall, 15k service and to have the non-working AC repaired. Here are the key issues I experienced: 1. Rental Car Requirement for Recall Service I was surprised and disappointed to have to rent a car out-of-pocket for a service appointment that included a safety recall. I believe Kia should have provided a loaner vehicle or covered the rental cost under these circumstances. 2. Lack of Communication from the Dealership The dealership failed to answer phone calls or return multiple voicemails requesting updates. I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday morning, yet it remained untouched until Saturday and was not completed until the following Tuesday. 3. Air Conditioning Issue on a New Vehicle My vehicle is less than a year old, yet the air conditioning system stopped working. The dealership found the refrigerant was low but reported no leaks. I was charged for the recharge, which I find unacceptable for such a new vehicle. This should have been covered under warranty. 4. Condition of Vehicle Upon Return When I picked up the car, it was extremely dirty, covered in pollen, and appeared to have been parked under a tree for several days. This lack of care is disappointing. 5. Improper Tire Pressure Upon checking the tire pressure after pickup, I found significant discrepancies (ranging from 36 to 40 PSI), despite the service checklist indicating tire pressure should be set to factory specifications. 6. Service Indicator Not Reset The service due indicator was still active when I drove home, indicating that the dealership failed to reset it after completing the service. 7. Confusing Follow-Up Communication I received a letter from Car Pros Kia stating I had missed my service appointment--despite the fact that my vehicle was serviced on time and was at the dealership for several days. read more

I bought a Kia seltos brand new from this location. That process was great! I brought it for its first oil change. They told me they updated the software. After that appointment my alarm went off when I used the remote start. I called them they told me they would fix it if I bring it back. I brought it back when I was due for another oil change. They told me they would fix the alarm issue and they did! It works now! But now after this appointment my tire air pressure system is not working anymore. They told me to drive it around and it will start working again. It did not change. It still beeps at me every time I start the car. Also the ambient light sensor does not work now. The lights do not dim on the dash when it's dark out. The headlights don't come on automatically. And the lane keeping assist does not work anymore. I dropped my car back off to have it repaired. They updated the systems and everything works great. They had a great attitude during the process. I appreciate all the work they did to get me back on the road. They even supplied an Uber. If you do decide to drop off a car with them make sure you get contact info from someone because their phone system makes it hard to communicate. read more
