BUYER BEWARE: A good majority of the trucks on their lot have been imported from Canada. If you don't already know, Canadian roads are VERY hard on cars/trucks and often have rust problems. I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I traded in my GMC when I purchased a Ford F-350 from this dealership about two months ago. As part of the trade-in process, the dealership was supposed to pay off the financing/lien on my GMC. However, two months later, my GMC lender is still charging me every month. My GMC payment is $1,559 per month. That means I am being charged $1,559 every month for a vehicle I already traded in and no longer have, while I am also paying for the Ford F-350 I purchased from this dealership. This has caused me serious financial stress, real financial loss, and risk to my credit. Under Washington State law, RCW 46.70.180, when a dealership accepts a vehicle as a trade-in with an existing lien, the dealer must have proof that the lien was paid within two calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the sales contract is signed by all parties and all conditions are satisfied. This trade-in happened about two months ago, and my old lender is still charging me. That is completely unacceptable. I contacted the salesperson, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, asking for answers and help with this situation. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me get this resolved, I feel like he is not willing to help me or provide a real solution. I asked for proof that the GMC loan was paid off, and I asked why I am still being charged by my old lender, but I have not received the help or urgency that this situation requires. This is not a small mistake. This is not just an inconvenience. I am being charged $1,559 per month for a truck that I no longer own because I traded it in to this dealership. The dealership took my trade-in, sold me another vehicle, and now I am the one stuck dealing with the bank, extra payments, stress, and the possibility of damage to my credit. I need the dealership to immediately provide written proof that the GMC loan was paid off, including the payoff amount, date sent, check number or wire confirmation, and confirmation from my lender that the lien has been satisfied. I also expect to be reimbursed for every payment I was charged after the trade-in, including the $1,559 monthly payment, plus any fees, interest, credit damage, or financial losses caused by this delay. Customers should not have to chase a dealership for basic responsibilities after a trade-in. A dealer should not take a customer's trade-in and leave them paying for a vehicle they no longer have. I trusted this dealership to handle the payoff properly, and now I am paying the price for their failure to resolve it. I strongly recommend that anyone doing a trade-in here verify directly with their old lender that the vehicle was actually paid off. Within a few blocks of the test drive, it threw multiple major warnings: "Electrical system power reduced," "Power reduced," and "Vehicle may not restart -- service required." We called Tesla on the spot. They told us that while a 12V battery issue (about a $200 fix) can happen, this exact sequence of errors usually points to a high-voltage battery problem--an $8,000-$12,000 repair. They explicitly told us not to buy the car and said it shouldn't even be driven. When we brought it back, the same errors happened again in the lot. The dealership didn't come out, didn't inspect it, and still suggested we drive it to Tesla. We had put down a $1,000 deposit (refunded), walked away, and came back home. Here's the kicker: we saw the car on Saturday, and it was relisted for sale on Sunday. There is zero chance this vehicle was properly inspected or repaired in that time. After the contract was signed, payment was completed, and I received the car, the dealer later tried to pressure me into signing a new contract with a different date so they could get money back from the state/IRS. This is not the customer's responsibility once the sale is final. Another issue: the dealer included extra charges and add-on items in the contract that I did not ask for. Customers should know that you have the right to refuse these charges and request that they be removed before signing. Dealers cannot legally force you to pay for add-ons you don't want. The constant pressure and lack of transparency made me lose trust. A professional dealer should handle their own paperwork and be honest about pricing, not pressure customers after the fact. My husband & I bought a Jeep Cherokee here two weeks ago. Blanca was amazing & even advised us to use the rate our credit union was giving us instead of forcing us into their own financing. She explained everything and tried help as much as she could. We left happy & 2 days after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. We decided to have a mechanic outside of Legends take a look at it & to our surprise, the part was not new & it had not been switched out to the best of the mechanics ability. Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience: Wow, where do I begin? First off, the price of the car listed online was $24,500, but when I showed up in person, it mysteriously jumped to $26,999 with no clear explanation. I suspect they applied a state rebate without disclosing it but who really knows? The salesperson named Carlos had me walking the lot for nearly 10 minutes looking for the car because he couldn't find it and later took my keys and initiated a trade-in process without my full consent. I was there for over an hour, and 30 minutes before closing, Carlos returned my keys, saying the banks were taking too long. The next day (at 7pm keep in mind) I received texts and calls saying I was approved for zero down with the trade-in. But my gut feeling was off so I ignored him. On Wednesday Carlos and the assistant kept calling and texting me telling me that I was approved. The assistant made me feel better about the situation and was acting as a liaison. Carlos told me I was approved with Zero down and the Trade. He said to head over and to ask for Fernando, so I sent my ETA and I drove 40 minutes back to the dealership, only to find that no one named "Fernando" was there. I waited for 30 minutes without anybody approaching me, I had to chase down employees for help several times, and was finally informed that my approval was still in process. When I followed up the next day I was told that the salesperson had made a mistake, and I would need a co-signer. The amount of disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism was frustrating and a complete waste of my time and gas money. (Any thing as is SOMETHING IS WRONG) but they said the car was fine. (So why is it as is) less than 3 months later the transmission went out, I had to pay (them) $2300 to fix it, and they told me that was a discount than less than a yr later the engine went out. I am done with these guys. i see the same car make and model being sold other places and some at LAS for $18-$20000 so there is a reason why the one I had was $10,000 they just lied to me.
