They rotated the tires once as I requested front to back. The noise persisted but not as bad, so we came back a second time and Andrew (and his crew) cross rotated them this time which solved the problem. They even gave us a referral to Christian Brothers automotive for an alignment check. Being 800 miles from home and receiving this kind of service from location M003 (Sunshine street location) was extremely helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service when near Springfield. I contacted them repeatedly about the issue, and they completely ignored me after an initial contact from District Manager Gary. Unless you have an extra $1100 to gamble, I'd take your vehicle to actual mechanics with a code of ethics. This location is filled with arrogance and below acceptable customer service.
