Came here as I was in need of service light check up. My go to jiffy lube is in Indiana and i needed help with my vehicle. Dylan advised over the phone to come on in and they could help me out I was worried being in branson and nothing was open on a Sunday today. I drove 40 minutes to get there and was greeted with a smile and Dylan was waiting as promised took my jeep back immediately found it was a misfire on cylinder 6 for my jeep and went a ahead and I got a full tune up while there. They got me in and out in about 2 hours or so vehicle running smooth. The Tech David was very knowledgeable and professional both Dylan and David made this the reason why Jiffy lube is always my only choice for my needs. The environment was clean and peaceful and organized it felt welcoming I was so at ease i was able to sleep waiting for the repair so I got about an hr and half peaceful power nap. The price was super reasonable another reason why I trust Jiffy lube and there staff they have. Again shout out to Dylan and David ! Ok so this is about something that happened last January. Which was 11 months ago. Or maybe late December. Can't remember exactly. 1st went in to get an oil change. Almost 2 weeks later had to go in again because my car had nearly lost almost all the oil. They saw the person who put on the new oil filter didn't put it correctly. So luckily they didn't charge me for the new oil change. However the 2nd problem was they saw I needed 2 new tires on the front. Decided to let them go ahead and do the job. They put on a brand I had never heard of before. Ironman. Well ok, I guess we'll see if these are any good. So here we are only 11 months later and already have to put on new ones as these are almost bald. Kind of funny how the Goodyear tires I put on the rear, Goodyear, are still going strong. I might go back for an oil change, but never again will I come for tires. Shame on them for putting on such crap tires. read more

Took my truck there on a Saturday due to my breaks starting to squeak and we were traveling 800 more miles. Gave me a quote and it was more than a fair price! The guys stayed a little past closing to finish my truck up and get us back on the road in the morning. Would do business with them again! read more

Do not take your car to Jiffy Lube!! They will ruin your vehicle. I'll keep it short. My wife took her car in at 9am for battery cable replacement and 11 hrs later after being told just 30 more minutes all day, the manager came out and said you'll need a new engine. Gave no reasonable explanation and then hid his office like a coward. Patiently waited to talk to him to find out what happened and he refused to come out. None of the "mechanics" are ASE certified. For 3 days I attempted to get a state inspection here. Called ahead each time to make sure they could do it each day. Was turned away each time after driving 25 mins there. When I arrived the third day they said they had some people waiting on it already but that they could do an oil change first, then complete my inspection. I asked to make sure they would still be able to do the inspection and they said yes. They completed my oil change and said I was good to go. When I asked about the inspection they said the guy had just done his last one for the day. Also when one of the mechanics turned me down he made fun of the bird poop on my car? Weird vibes. I came in for an oil change today, but they found two nails in one of my tires. I was sure we would have to replace the tire, but Amanda worked hard to double check to see if it could be patched. This was her suggestion, not mine, showing an extra effort to keep costs low while making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. She carefully went over all my options on all services. Don't go here. They changed my oil last time and when I went to change it myself I found that they stripped my oil pan threads and ran an oversized bolt in it to hide it. When I called them to fix it they wanted to tell me I did it and they didn't do it. I would NOT recommend going here unless you like fixing their mistakes yourself. read more

Went in for an oil change, technician started working on it before I had even spoke with someone at the register. My car was completed in 10 minutes. The interior was not cleaned as marked on the receipt. They specifically showed me that my air filter was bad and needed to be changed immediately but did not offer to change it-instead it was placed back and parked for me to pick up. On the receipt they marked that my air filter was in good condition. Now I'm very skeptical of the service I paid for. They also switched the type of oil they were using without my consent and told me when it was time to pick up. I usually like taking my car to jiffy lube but this location is not the same. read more

The wrong oil was used in my diesel truck against vehicle manufacturers specifications. When confronted they refused to correct with out charging another $200+ for another service an hour after it was done. read more

The oil change was double what I usually pay for this service. Not great quality either.

Immediately following Jiffy Lube, my check engine light came on, had a massive oil leak that DID NOT exist before, and they are wanting to say it wasn't them. My car has just over 50k miles and was in great condition. This place is a joke! read more

Got right in for oil change and tire rotation! Friendly staff.

I went in for a standard oil change, took them about 10 minutes to complete it. About 3 weeks passed after my oil change and my engine started stalling, and I couldn't get my engine to turn over. I never thought to check my oil at first because I just got my oil changed not even a month ago but decided to check it anyways. There was not a single drop of oil in my car. We poured more oil in and once we got the engine to turn over we watched it pour out of the bottom of the car where the oil filter was. Whoever put in the oil filter put it on incorrectly and there was a gap big enough to fit a quarter in leaking oil horribly. My engine was so hot it was steaming and the camshaft sensor was fried. I only give them two stars because when I went back in after switching out the oil filter and putting more oil in; they reimbursed me not only for the oil change they did, but for the oil Filter and oil I had to buy myself and offered to pay for a new camshaft to Install in my engine. It is scary knowing they do these standard oil changes everyday and messed up that badly. I will never be going back here again. I am only hoping there isnt anymore damage to the engine because of how poorly they did this oil change. read more

Great team and fast help! Needed an inspection for a new vehicle and they got right on it...

I went here on April 15th and paid $65.61 for an oil change. At some point, a rep approached me while seated in my car. He proceeded to tell me my front brakes were metal on metal and that I needed new rotors, also. He quoted a price north of $200 (not for sure of exact amount) to replace pads and rotors. I declined with the intent to do it myself. I purchased new pads and gambled on the rotors. When I pulled a front tire off a couple of weeks ago, I measured a brake pad that was 3/16". The brand new ones are 5/16" according to my caliper. I now have pads sitting in my garage that I'll be able to use in about 2 years. I'll let you make your own decisions about what that rep was attempting to do. I won't be back. read more

We came in and needed assistance, and the woman working the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. She made a rude face at us when we asked about an inspection, and instead of being kind, she was not willing to explain things to us or offer help. She was very belittling and should not be working in customer service in my opinion. read more
