No potential amount. Nothing. When I called Christian Brothers they listened and documented when I told them year,make, model, engine size and mileage. They documented the details I provided about the issue that I was having with my car. They were true to their word when I was told they would text me prices after I was given the option of GM manufactured parts or aftermarket. I 100% appreciated that they sent an itemized breakdown down and the timeframe for the needed part to come in. I dropped my car off and they completed the service in the promised timeframe. We were only about 7 miles out from our hotel, but we were worried we might be looking at a transmission replacement as it seemed like the transmission went "limp" and wouldn't change gears while driving! The team at Budget Radiator and Automotive got us in quickly, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, and didn't jump to conclusions or try to sell us unnecessary repairs. They found that the alternator had failed, but they didn't stop there. During the repair they discovered the serpentine belt and tensioner were also failing because the belt kept slipping off. They explained everything clearly, showed us what was happening, and made sure the repair was done correctly. After replacing the alternator, serpentine belt, and tensioner, they checked the transmission fluid at my request, (which looked great), then test drove the van for about 20 miles to make sure everything was working properly before calling us. That's the kind of attention to detail and professionalism every customer hopes for. The van now runs beautifully, all of the warning lights are gone, and we have complete confidence driving it home. When you're traveling and your vehicle breaks down hundreds of miles from home, you're putting a lot of trust in a repair shop you've never met. Budget Radiator and Automotive earned that trust from the moment we walked in. They were honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road--not just fixing a car. When it obviously should not be for being changed exactly 2 months ago. Took my car and they tried to tell me "looks like something is rubbing against it" when it obviously is not. And if that were the case, it was fray not crack like it currently is. And at first was saying it would take 2 weeks just for them to look at my car for a mistake THEY did. Will not be coming back.

I have never been to their shop personally, but I feel I have…read more Being an entry level technician working as a Service Writer out a shop in Portland, OR I watch their videos on You Tube, and follow their page (RealFixesRealFast) they have helped me so much with my development, and I find the way they diagnose problems couldn't be any better or faster and they go so far to find and solve even the smallest issues, that they cut parts in half and study them! Knowing that this shop uses a lot of the same vendors we do I know they are quality oriented and know the difference between Grade A, B, and C parts and not only that, but they know what pieces and parts need to be replaced when making repairs, there is zero guessing,speculating ,only gathering evidence and a effective repair.
