HELL YEAH! Great spot, GREAT service, cold beer, live band, TV's playing fun random sports, movies,…read moreetc. YES, we had a POOR experience at D'Floridian so ditched them (didn't even order) & hung out here for a few hours! Sampled beers, had a shot & had fun with the bar tenders... great personalities between all staff. They get along & have fun chats with the patrons. Not just, "What can I get you?" It was, "How are you, how was your day & what's up?"... This is service!! Great job Truck & Tap! You have a REAL thing here!!! They have a food truck & their own kitchen. Best of both worlds!!! The single burger was literally one of the best burgers EVER!!!! The chili cheese fries- BUSSIN'! Oh and the Fried Pickles will burn for a minute, but gooood! Will be back!

We sat down looked over the menu and Brook our host made the experience amazing. He was the best. Brook went over the menu. And like always when I visit a restaurant for the first time. I asked what are your suggestions from the menu. I was already eyeballing the Portobello burger and cowboy burger before he suggesed them. So, we chose those 2 along with the onion rings and spicy fried pickles. I didn't get the cooks name but she was great. We had to tell her she made that food RIGHTTTT. OMG, everything was delicious. Both burger was full of flavor and juicy. Now, I don't normally don't go for onion rings that's Misters thing. But when a tried one I kept trying them. The chipotle ranch sauce with it was the best. My spicy fried pickle was fried to perfection. I also got a beer. Brook suggested a few for me to try. I ended up getting the Bravazzi Liomonatta. Which is light and refreshing. Delicious!!! I also didn't get the other gentleman's name who made sure everything was good with our visit. Y'all the whole staff tonight was great. We left with a full happy stomach and the assurance that we WILL return. I think this will be our later night spot.

I am always on the lookout for great BBQ! Happened to have driven by this place, took note, and…read morereturned a couple of months later to check it out. First, the music is incredibly loud inside the well-kept establishment. It's definitely not a place to sit and dine--not that there's really room for that. I think there were two high-top tables. Surprisingly, someone WAS dining in-house. I am sure his hearing went down a couple of notches. Why do restaurateurs think that patrons want their ears blasted? It's not fine dining, we get that, but dang! The music was SO loud that I had trouble focusing on the menu. I rattled off my order and took a seat. The song that was playing in the moment had explicit, inappropriate language for children, and for me! Something about eating of another kind, well let's not go there. Took my food home and was pleased that my food still radiated heat! I don't live anywhere close, so I was impressed! The chicken was very good! Nearly perfectly seasoned. Thankfully, I got sauce on the side because the sauce was total yuck. It had so much hickory flavor that it left a bitter taste on the tongue, like a rancid taste. The collard greens lacked flavor, but were edible. I hate meat mixed in with veggies, even if it is turkey. The turkey did nothing for the greens but get in my way. When will we move from practices in the 1800s and stop using meat to "season" veggies? We're in the 21st century now. We have access to actual seasonings now! The macaroni and cheese tasted old school and that was fine with me. It was a tub full of mush, but it tasted so good! Not a macaroni noodle to be found in all that mush, but hey, I'd reorder it! The peach cobbler... Let me first say that I am a Georgia Peach through and through. If I see peach cobbler on the menu, I'm gonna get it. Trust and believe that! When I was taking the containers out of the bag, I paused and asked "What is this?" It didn't look a thing like ANY kind of cobbler I'd ever seen. Brace yourselves... it looked like a tub of raw chicken skin floating on top of a dark liquid! How in the French onion soup is THAT peach cobbler? I tilted the container and saw some peaches peeking out. Seriously? Peach cobbler? Somebody ought to be brought up on charges for failure to make REAL peach cobbler! The peaches and the syrup were actually pretty tasty. The chicken skin-looking crust tasted like phyllo dough. Chile, we need flour, water, shortening, and an oven, STAT! Please, DON'T call THAT peach cobbler! Call it "hot peach mess" or "wanna be cobbler" or whatever! Will return for the chicken and macaroni. Might try the potato salad next time, too. Just know if YOU go, take ear plugs, leave the children in the car, and make your own peach cobbler!

I ended up getting the brisket meal with two sides. I requested baked beans and mac & cheese. My receipt says mac & cheese and bean medley. I got greens and bean medley. Very small parking lot.

There are usually somewhere between 10-12 trucks on any given month, and always a few that specialize in desserts. The food vendors that have been scheduled so far during the first 3 months included: Cousins Maine Lobster Espeteda Flatbread Bistro Island Chef Loaded Burger Philly Connection Pup Truck Spiedie Zone Tex's Tacos King of Pops Daddy O'Briens Sweet Jeanius Angelfire BBQ Big C's Chicago Kitchen Gekko Hibachi Yumbii FruitSmashers Not as Famous Bento Bus Cattywampus Deep South Biscuit Co. Fry Guy Mac the Cheese Peace of Pita Simply Donuts Vintage Frozen There's live music and lots of open space, but no seating so bring your folding chairs or a blanket. Some of the trucks do have small stand up only tabletops. All of the trucks serve beverages and most have bottled water. And luckily they all seem to accept credit/debit cards. Parking can get pretty hectic if you're not there well before 7. Also, it can get a little pricey sampling several food trucks, but sharing is caring so take a friend or two. (My fav is Simply Done Donuts; small, sweet, warm circles of goodness with terrific toppings.)

The flavor, the crunch were both great and the sauce was super tasty! I also got the fried Brussels Sprouts, which on their own were great, but I dumped the last bit of them into the Soy Ginger sauce after I finished the chicken and that took it to another level! My wife got the Build Your Own Turkey Burger. It was pretty plain (picked and mustard) but she raved about the flavor. She said it was juicy and had great flavor. The team working the night we were there were great, super helpful and friendly.

I was feeling a burger and out of all the places in Duluth/Norcross, nothing outside of fast food was open or non-existent and I'm not driving past Beaver Ruin to find something and nor am I going further than Duluth Hwy. So I needed something and thankfully, Yelp was the resource I needed. I typed in "burgers" in Duluth and Craft Burger by Shane popped up and to my surprise, the Duluth location is the ONLY one that is open till 3am six days a week and since I've never been, I needed to try it and since I was feeling burgers, this option was perfect! Upon arriving at the place, it's near the Soel La Boel Korean restaurant off Old Norcross and Pleasant Hill across from the Toyota Dealership. When walking in, it's a corner joint with a very spacious interior that's clean, well lit, and offers roughly 50 seats. To order, it's kiosk based but their menu is extensive so you might need to do your homework first before coming in or order ahead. The only service they offer is from kitchen to table but you bus your own stuff which seems to be the model for these fast sit down places. Now for the food. The burgers are thick 6 oz patties. Can't really tell if they're seasoned as it seems like the cheese, your veggies, and whatever sauce you asked for seems to carry the flavor and not the burger patties themselves. But the patties are thick boys and you definitely get hit with strong beefy flavors. Think old school Big Mac in terms of size but with better quality ingredients. The bun is lightly toasted that ensures your burger holds it's shape and for the most part, it's a flavorful bun as well.. I opted for the build your own burger which starts at $12 then w/ the extra patty is another $4 and then their signature custom items are a la carte and you add one item as you go along from fried egg to grilled mushrooms etc. They offer fries and a drink meal for an addition $6. I love their fries! Long, crispy, yet you can taste the potatoes! Delicious fries and they offer other flavors of fries like truffle or buffalo flavors. When I compiled my items between the additional patty and the meal deal, I was already was looking at a $21 burger meal with is comparable to some of their competitors like Burger Fi or Burger 21 which all share the same concept but Burger by Shane seems to have better ingredients. All in all, this place is fantastic! Highly recommend Craft Burger by Shane, especially when it's after midnight and you need a quick fix for a burger!
