We traveled to Webster, NY, for a swim meet with 50 swimmers. Unsure of who to contact for food, I decided to read the reviews. Caraglios made 50 pizzas to feed the college swimmers before we returned home. Everything went smoothly, and they delivered the pizzas to the bus driver. I placed an order online, and it defaulted to being ready in 30 minutes. My husband got there earlier than that, and it was ready. I ordered a cheese sub because I'm vegetarian. It would only let me choose one type of cheese, and that was unusual, but fine because I don't want a lot of cheese. It also came with chips and a cookie, which was a nice touch. What's strange is, when I opened the sub, it had several types of cheese on it. They must have put all the cheeses on it, but they didn't call me to ask me, which I find really odd. Swiss was on it, which I can't stand, so I opened it up and took it off. It was ok, but I think it's weird they didn't ask first. There was also field greens on it rather than lettuce. I don't think I've ever gotten a sub with field greens before. The bread was really good and soft though. And overall the sub was ok. My husband got a fish fry for $12.99, which is more than a lot of other places, and he said the fish was clearly frozen fish. It was just ok. I'm not sure we'd be back, but the sub bread was good, so I may try it again. I'd also be willing to try their pizza, but I might call it in so it's clear what I want on it. read more

Mark's, salvatores, Karl's, rhinos, Martinos, Guidas you name it we've tried it, multiple times. Caraglios knocks those places out of the park. Hands down the best pizza in Webster. Great pizza along with great service. Ordered Caraglios for the first time in 10 years. Had to pick it up since they don't deliver to my house. It's during Covid so you have to call when you arrive and they bring out your order. So we get our pizza and it's only cheese when we ordered pepperoni. We let the workers know and they say no problem they will fix it right away. About 10 minutes later they bring us out a pepperoni pizza. We offered to pay for both pizzas but they wouldn't let us and they where super friendly about the whole situation. So as far as the pizza goes it was delicious. They cooked it perfectly and the pepperoni was delicious. The crust was the perfect thickness with a nice crunch. And after the mix up we got two large pizzas for $10 great deal! Boneless Wings I ordered the Parmesan and garlic. They were burnt and hard no tasting the seasoning I requested. However I'm sure it was there but burnt off. Was soooo disappointed Small Pizza thick crust with,onions,green peppers, mushrooms, xtra cheese, red sauce and meatballs - Overcooked as well. Meatballs were sliced and very hard. Not many vegetables were on this. Also I purchased a 2 L root beer which was the best part of what I ordered. Very disappointing... totally $33. + later no dinner and a glass of root beer. Poor customer service. I ordered food from Caraglios Pizza in Webster a week ago. My boys went to pick it up and did not realize one order of wings was missing. I called and they said I could go back or get them next time. We drive out of our way to go there so driving 15 miles round trip was not an option. We went back last night and finally got the other order so I asked for a little something for the inconvenience and the answer was basically I'm sorry we don't do that. Service is horrible. I was told to come in and present the coupon I had, and when I got there the guy told me that it was online only. Then he proceeded to tell me there was another promo, but that needed a coupon too. He admitted it was his mistake, apologized, but changed his tune when he said that I didn't tell him it was an online coupon. I didn't know, and I am the customer. So I didn't get the $5 off, and they didn't get my $45ish either, bad business decision on their part. For the food, the last time I went it was not good, but I wanted to give them another chance. The pizza was barely covered with the toppings I ordered and the wings were dry. Unfortunately I never got to try this last orders food. The good news. I decided to try Pontillos about a mile East down the road, and wow I was impressed! The pizza was covered in toppings and the wings were saucy. They now have a new regular customer and Caraglios, well, they lost one and now have another unsatisfied customer to spread bad PR. I hope the owner can train his staff in the fine art of service. read more

I actually really like the pizza, but the service is terrible. The first time we came they charged us for the wrong order, "refunded" us, and then we paid for us. We were never refunded and they asked us to come in to prove it. We just ordered again to support a local business during a pandemic. They supposedly aren't letting people walk in but we have watched numerous people walk in and stand right next to each other...no enforcement. Why have we sat here to see that many people? Because they dropped our pizza after we were already here and we get to sit with our hangry, crying toddler and wait for them to completely make our pizza again. read more

Caraglio's Pizza is by far the best tasting pizza in Rochester, hands down.Unfortunately, it took me 10 long months to find it. I was getting worried for a moment, the pizza in Webster had been doing the you know what to me...and I was getting concerned since it's a religious ritual for me to have good pizza on Sunday night. We decided to try this place last night (unfortunately we found out after ordering that Chris L. got it confused with another place in a completely different part of town.) Ordering was easy - 25minutes for pick up. No problems there like the previous reviewer. We were early for pick up and they offered us a free appetizer -- pizza rolls -- which looked a lot better than how they tasted and smelled; tasted bland (almost no salt which was odd considering the pepperoni should have contributed some flavor) and smelled like old fryer oil. The dipping sauce helped a little bit. This is not how you make friends. The pizza we ordered was mushroom and sausage. The mushrooms appeared and tasted like fresh sliced white mushrooms; average with a good mushroom flavor. The sausage was the bag of frozen sausage nuggets variety; greasy, smooth, generic. Sauce was generic; not too sweet/salty/herbed. The pizza was a mediocre one but we were hungry. The next day, Chris L. felt awful and I had food poisoning/flu-like symptoms. Called here this evening to order for pick-up. Phone answered and was asked to hold. The young man that answered the phone set the phone down, did not put it on hold and it was quite a bit of time before it was picked back up. I asked a question about what ingredients were in a particular item, again was told hold on, phone put down and waited. Please tell me why exactly would you have someone answering your phone in a take-out restaurant that has no clue about the food on your menu???? I'm so conflicted! Great pizza, great wings - terrible service. First time I called in at 4 pm for 2 sheet pizzas at 6pm (for my sons birthday party) I arrive at 5:55. There are several people there and no one has said or acknowledged me. I was waving my arms, trying to get someones attention. I see no sheet pizzas ...14 minutes later I yelled really loud over the loud music and a young lady proceeded to tell me it would be a few minutes. Phew! She then runs to the back and whispers something to a guy at the fryer and he said something and she comes to me and says they haven't made it yet. Really?! So I had to wait for them to make my order from scratch. It was sloppily made, but it was very good. The second time I tried online order, big mistake. Again, I arrive and there are 5 people working and not one of them took notice of me waiting at the counter. Not again! This time they say they never got the order, but that was a lie because I saw the ticket with my name and order on it and pointed to it and then all the sudden they were sorry, they were busy, new staff etc. So I waited again, my order was sloppy again but the food is excellent. Unfortunately, there are other great pizza places who have better service and that goes a long way with me. I will also add that if someone else orders from here, I'll be all over it..because man it is good. Pizza here is delicious. when we moved to Webster we were unsure of who are new pizza place would be, I am from Ontario and liked Cam's and my husband was from irondequoit and like Guido's. We both don't like the super thick doughy crust like Marks and Salvatore's to us is just bland. This was the second place we tried in Webster and while we liked the pizza at the first place (Benji's) the wings were not good so we had to find somewhere else. We have ordered from them 3 times, different wings and sheet and round pizzas. We have never been disappointed. The sheet pizza was for when my husbands groomsmen were coming into town for our wedding and they and their significant others devoured the pizza even when it was cold. The crust may not be super thin like I prefer but marriage is about compromise and I still like crust. We usually get pepperoni, onions and sweet peppers and they load the toppings on there which is good cause the toppings are 1.99 each. We will continue to come back here. read more

I think the pizza here is fine if you're in the area and just hungry. It seems to me some of their food items probably aren't baked in the most conventional way by time and or temps. The crust isn't the best; it's fairly dense and kind of dry. The slices are well done which is fine, but even the thin slices weren't fully baked in spots in the center and I was biting into raw dough sometimes, yet everything else is well done. Somewhere down the line it's not evenly baking, and that should be addressed. I think for the cost, you definitely get substantial large slices, but overall it has some issues. I'd rather give it two stars, but because of the size per slice, 3 stars is more acceptable in my opinion for this chain. read more

We tried this pizza because they supported my son's team during a fundraiser. We were glad we did. The pizza and boneless wings are great!! The team kids and parents are all converts! We have had the pizza and/or wings about 5 times and both have been consistently very good. Aside from the great pizza and wings, we were blown away by their generosity and interest in supporting our son's team.
