She was very kind and professional--definitely a great employee. I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate my last-minute situation. Would've have rated them better had they provided good customer service. I was in there on a Thursday to try their fresas con cremas in order to see if we liked them to order a tray for a party. We tried them and were happy so I called the next day and they had raised their prices by $9. Mind you the tray was $75 on Thursday and $84 Friday. I asked if they'd honor the price since I had just been there and was quoted $75. They said no. I found another place that charged me $52 down the street. (Frutibionicos) read more

This place is terrible! Although the workers are nice, Management needs to do a better job at quality control. I do not know how they messed up an agua fresca.
