What a "gem" to have in Nipomo! Recently I had a small diamond fall out of the halo on my wedding ring. I was so anxious about finding a place to take it to, the amount of time it would be gone and where it would be sent off to. I read the yelp reviews on Carats to Karat and decided to give them a call. Everyone is super nice and personable there. Craig took my loose diamond & ring and replaced it right then and there! It literally took 10 minutes. He used some of that time to test & make sure it wouldn't come loose and fall out again. Although I offered to pay he refused to take payment. I am so thankful to have a place I can feel comfortable taking my wedding ring just minutes away from my home.
