Before going all the way to Santa Maria I did a little research and saw that this store had great reviews and could do laser engraving, which was the only way I could have my rings done. Brian (I hope I spelled his name right) was able to get my rings done fast. He was super professional and kind, and he even cleaned the rings for free before he gave them back to me. I then took it to another jeweler who refused to fix it because i had a warranty through my original jeweler already so he wouldn't touch it. So, desperate to get it properly fixed finally, I brought it to JB's who had done an affordable resizing for me in the past and I thought would possibly be a help here too. They were SO nice, the jeweler looked over my ring and was able to professionally point out multiple things wrong with it that my original jeweler had missed and was able to fix it all that same day at a very reasonable price. Even though my warranty at my original jeweler would have covered all of these fixes for free, I trusted JB's more to do the job the right way so I paid the affordable price and my ring was ready 2-3 hours later. He fixed my ring up right and it's the prettiest I've seen it. I'm so happy to not have to deal with the worry of losing my stone and the headache of finding a jeweler who actually knows that he's doing. Trust earned and JB's gained a life long customer. The owner walked me through all the options my granddaughter would have as far as settings she could use in the future (we are continuing a family tradition of purchasing her birthstone for her birthday each year until she's 18).
