The food is so delicious! I got the beef Luleh and chicken breast. The service was impeccable, Amy was such a delight of a server. The food came out quickly and was so flavorful. The ikra was so delicious. And the Armenian coffee was just the pick me up I needed. I'll be coming back for the food and the service. Amy was wonderful!

I'm writing this in peace meal. Pun intended the lavash bread and hummus. It was not good. You know why? IT WAS GREAT! The Best Hummus we ever had. Not joking about the best hummus we ever had. Beef Luleh is tender not dry. This little hole in the wall is about the best in Los Angeles County. Must have. The service was wonderful the server was friendly, smile, says she loves her job. She is great the food is great. Give this place a try, it will not disappoint. Reasonable for the high quality of the food. Perfectly cooked. Clean place. Recommend #2 on the dinner meal. Get ready to do the Happy Dance!

Ordered online and came a little early, but the staff was friendly and understanding about my unpredicted arrival time. My order was ready at the exact time I selected for pick-up. Got the Beef Luleh Lunch Special with basmati rice and sides of hummus & tabbouleh. I was surprised to see pita included, since it wasn't listed on the online ordering system. Overall, it was a flavorful and filling meal. For the price (~$13) and customer service, I may go back and try their other meals. [However, there's similar place nearby that charges about the same price and gives two skewers per lunch plate; so it'll depend on my appetite next time...]

I have been here a few times for a family gathering and enjoyed my time here. It's a small restaurant that's outdated but the food is ok depends on what you order. Friendly service.

Hosted a birthday party for 35 people at the house. Had previously ordered food from here for a party of 100 and was thoroughly impressed. Ordered Chicken Thighs and Breasts, Beef Lulah Kabobs, Tzatziki, Matabbai, Tabouleh, Hummus, Charred Tomatoes and Peppers, Basmati Rice, Salad and Lavash. OMG! All everyone could talk about was the food. Great depth of flavors. Loved the beef lulah with the tzatziki, the hummus actually tasted like garbanzos vs tons of spice. And the chicken melted in your mouth. And the rice was perfection. Everyone went back for more food it was so good. This place was so accommodating as I changed my pick-up time twice due to weather changes. And I showed up a little early for my pick up and all of the food was fresh, hot or cold depending on the dish, and ready to go. I came home and kept the food covered until guests arrived. Each dish was the perfect temperature. The next day as we were eating leftovers for lunch, I was just about to call them to tell them how incredible the food was and my phone rang. It was them following up to see how everything went. Also, wishing my mom a very special birthday. Having said all of that, my only regret was not taking pictures. The trays were so beautifully prepared people dove in before I could grab my phone to snap pics. The one pic I snapped was our leftover lunch the next day. The party was a huge success thanks to the food. I will definitely be back.

Marinated Chicken Thigh Kebab w/Basmati rice. Delicious.

I made a reservation to celebrate my best friend's birthday! We ended up not really needing it…read moresince the restaurant was quite empty, but no worries. We ordered a bunch of food, so here's the review of each dish: -Fiery feta dip: 5/5 -- maybe could be an eeeeeensy spicier, but so well balanced! Not heavy at ALL with the acidity cutting through so nicely. -Grilled Spanish octopus: 4/5 -- not as soft as I thought it would be tbh! Squeeze a lot of lemon; it pairs very well with the spiced oil. -Filet mignon plate: 4.75/5 -- beef cooked perfectly medium rare and seasoned well, tzatziki bright, veggies grilled well, rice could use a bitttttt more flavor but everything still ate really deliciously! - Hummus side: 5/5 -- SOOOO GOOD! super smooth, not too bean-y, spiced well. Super delicious with fries and the pita. - Seasoned fries side: 5/5 -- honestly no complaints! Seasoned with zaatar seasoning blend, it was perfectly salty and a hint of spice with crispy yet fluffy fries. Went well with the side of ketchup, in the hummus, with the feta dip, etc -Server Art is the son of the family who owns Greek Bistro. He was personable, had recommendations for us, and told us the story of how the fiery feta dip landed on the menu (Art I hope your pillow is always cold). Overall, everything was absolutely delicious and we are already planning our next trip back!!! Thank you to Art and the chefs for their hospitality and amazing food!

Visited Greek Bistro on a Sunday night and I will definitely be back!…read more The service is amazing! Our serve, Art, was attentive, detailed, and was thoughtful to answer any questions we had. Our favorite dish was the Spicy Feta Dip! It's a new addition to the menu and an amazing appetizer to start off the night. Well seasoned and balanced that pairs perfectly with the pita.

Wow. That's all. This place is legit. The filet shish kabob…read morewas so tender and perfectly spiced. I could have eaten that all day. The chicken was juicy and mouthwatering deliciousness. The lamb was gamey, packed with flavor. We enjoyed every bite and can't wait to try this place out again. We ordered takeout, food was ready on time, service was great. Parking is a bit challenging since it's only street parking, but that's Montrose :P

The Seasoning Alley Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose…read more showed promise but landed somewhere in the middle. Here are some impressions from our visit earlier today. The restaurant is a casual, clean spot and has a welcoming environment. Service was attentive and friendly. Our salad was fresh and delicious and the meal portions were large and plentiful. Good hearty sized plates but low on taste and quality. Unfortunately, the pita was one of many low points. The pita arrived cold and slightly stiff, not warm and soft as we'd hoped. It lacked the toasty, chewy texture that makes pita so comforting and effective for scooping up dips and bites. Another low point was that our rice was barely warm, almost cold. Not good. The worst part of our meal had to be the hummus. It was almost frozen and tasted as if it was just scooped out of the freezer. Terribly disappointing. Our Chicken Kabob had a tender interior with a nicely charred exterior. The spices and marinade showed potential, but the overall flavor profile didn't quite soar beyond the ordinary. Wouldn't call it standout, yet it wasn't bad. It was just barely okay. The falafel tasted fresh, but the exterior could have used a bit more crispness. Interior was moist enough, with chickpea flavor present, though it didn't leave a lasting impression. Our overall impressions were that our meals were just barely okay for a casual dinner, but it didn't move into the "great" category. We were disappointed. We expected better quality. For improvement, heating the pita and rice to perfection and dialing in the falafel crust would elevate the overall experience. A touch more depth in the chicken kabob seasoning or a signature sauce could help distinguish the dishes. If you're in the mood for a low-key Mediterranean option with reliable service, this spot is worth a try. It's a safe bet for an okay meal, with good service and good size portions for a casual night out with friends or family. Considering their prices, for repeat visits, I'd hope to see more consistency across staples like the rice, pita and falafel, and a bolder finish on the kebabs to push the overall rating from "good but not great" to "really good." Pita and rice arrived cold. The Falafel could have been crisper. Chicken kabob flavor could be more distinct. The Hummus was horrible. Next time, I'll pass on this place. Cheers!
