My favorite was the sweet potato, which was ash roasted for 10 hours and you could taste it. They all went will with the steak that came out in about 20 minutes, pre-sliced with a nice presentation. Made with scotch bonnet peppers and naga jolokia you cannot take the sauce lightly. It packs a punch of heat but a very addictive flavour.
