This pizza place is way better than the two star average it currently has, from reviews that are super old. We order from here frequently and haven't been disappointed once (well technically my husband thinks they don't bring the cheese close enough to the outer crust, but that's stemming from his teenage days working in pizza shops-the rest of us don't notice). The pizza is delicious, and delivery has so far been really quick. Like really really quick-the last time was less than 20 minutes from ordering to our doorstep. Nice job, guys:) read more

We ordered pizza from them for the first time and we were very disappointed. We ordered a pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza and I think we could count 5 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza, very skimpy toppings and the sauce was very bland. Definitely will be sticking with other local pizza places. read more

I enjoy MOST Carbone's, although this one's food is not good. I don't really know how to describe it, but it just doesn't taste as good as pizza from other Carbone's or any other pizza I've had. The only good thing is it delivers. read more

Picked up a hot delicious pizza on our way up north. It was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We called ahead and when we got there it was ready, it was hot and fresh! The inside of the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend this carbones. read more

Terrible. Ordered a pizza fry, found long black hair baked in. Called to receive a new one and found YET ANOTHER long black hair in the second pizza fry. Wings came plain with container of sauce rather than made dressed in sauce. Food wasn't great in general. Would not order again. read more

Well, interesting turn of events tonight. Ordered $50+ of pizza/pizza fries online for delivery from Carbone's in Centerville, MN...waited the 45 minutes for order to be delivered...and wouldn't you know, order (which was online and in typed print) was screwed up...one of the pizzas was totally wrong. Called to let them know it was incorrect and 'manager' was so rude that it became a heated discussion quickly. Their only answer was to offer a $6 credit for next time or wait for another pizza and swap...we were starving, so I asked if it was ok that we eat some in the meantime and she said no, so I told her that $6 credit on THEIR mistake for an $18 pizza was unacceptable and that we would be right down to swap the pizza. When I got there she said that any corporate person would not care because each location was individually owned and she refused to give me store owners name, when called back she refused to give her name as store manager also. Owner did call me and said that $6 was all he would offer because he would not be making any money. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Mr Carbones Pizza Franchise owner . We will not be back! I believe he may own the Carbone's in Inver Grove Heights, MN also, but not sure. read more

This location tastes NOTHING like the Carbones I've had in either Mahtomedi, Stillwater or Hudson. It was bland, and the crust was too doughy.......not at all buttery and crisp like the other places. read more

don't order from this place. especially online. they screw up your order and information and when you call to speak to them they are very rude and do nothing to help resolve the problem! we ordered pizza from them so many times until now. they accused us of showing up at our home and we didn't answer when no one showed up at all. lisa the name of the owner is super rude and what happened to customer service. they act like we owe them something. we are very unhappy with the owner and wish the person that owned it in the past was still there. this place will rip you off! don't go there....go somewhere they will take care of you when something goes wrong on their end. horrible experiance they just lost a good customer who always ordered from there and always tipped well to the drivers. rude...rude and more rude is all they are.. they don't want to give up any names or let you talk to the manager and they had one of their drivers fake being the manager who yelled at me for their mistake!!!!!!! They also will try to block your number even when your just trying to resolve the situation but there is not resolving it with people that don't think they are wrong.
