I was tracking on the site as my pizza should've been delivered. I was told my uber delivery was canceled on the site. I called the store, the employee was very kind and confirmed the pizza was out for delivery. The driver arrived shortly after he was also good. Unfortunately our pizza was lukewarm, over cooked and lacking any sauce and had minimal toppings. We had a two topping medium pizza and cheese sticks. We were starving so we ate some of it but ended up throwing over half of it away. The two stars are for the two employees being polite and doing their job. We will NEVER order from the Toppers Pizza in Blaine again. We made an order about a week ago, and it was not delivered to our address but said it was. Got our money back. But we gave them another chance. We ordered again. After the tracker said it was baking for 40 minutes, we called. "It's really busy and we are baking the pizza now. It will be delivered in fifteen minutes". An hour has passed, and nothing. We called, and they said "the order was not paid for and so we did not start it"..... Topper's Pizza is very stingy on toppings!!! I seriously have only 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. Now I remember why I stopped ordering their pizzas. I used to order pizza from here all the time. It's continually gotten worse. Less and less toppings. I like the parmesan and garlic for my sauce. Used to be my go to pizza place until they got rid of the tallboy crust and started to really skimp on toppings and cheese. Hadn't ordered from them in a very long time so I thought I'd give it a try to see if they've improved. They have not I skipped the deep dish as the new crust is terrible and ordered hand tossed. The toppings and cheese were pretty light even though I ordered extra cheese. Marcos is my new go to for takeout pizza. Generous with the toppings and their deep dish is similar to what the tallboy was. It's very good pizza, but sometime I want a different flavor profile. I chose Toppers due to the favorable reviews. Unfortunately, the customer service (or lack of) does not align. I placed the order over the phone for pick up. My order (all meat pizza) was repeated back as confirmation. I arrived when notified when order was ready (approx 20 minutes). At pick up, the staff had me wait another 12 minutes until she finished preparing 3 other orders. Then, when convenient for staff, they handed me a cheese pizza. I voiced my complaint and disappointment, but they just shrugged off and said "oh, but the box has your name on it". Very disappointed and disgusted with their dismal. However, the pizza tasted ok. So I've given them two chances this last time I ordered mild wings and they were super super hot. Not sure if they screwed up or if they're mild runs that hot. I've managed a bar and restaurant for 15 years and our mild Buffalo aren't even close to this hot. Also, the wings were really doughy and light beige like they weren't cooked long enough so I had to throw them on my little grill to brown them up a little more. The pizza hardly has any sauce on it , which makes it so dry. It was like that first time I ordered so I thought I'd give them another chance. But now it's two times so I won't be ordering again. kudos the sausage and the toppings were awesome but it needs more sauce. I had been hearing hype about Toppers, so when it opened and we received coupons in the mail, we decided to give it a try. I went ahead and ordered a large pizza, nacho topper stix and cinnastix. None of it was great. The supreme style pizza we had was lacking on cheese. The crust was pretty non-descript and meh - kind of like chewing on a kitchen sponge. Same with the nachostix, thought they had a nice spice to them that helped. I appreciated that the dunking sauce was spicy and not just cheese sauce. Cinnastix were probably my favorite, but I like dessert. I'm not in a rush to order again, though the late hours are certainly enticing. read more

Service was terrible. Manager Josh was a huge asshole. They took 13 minutes to get my order placed. Had put me on hold never came back when I asked what the deal was they stated it was a credit card machine error. Asked to speak to manager and he said " fucking Christ". Before having their food this last Friday it had been a long time, since I had from from here. Oh, I how I was glad for the opportunity recently. Whether having at work, or taking it home. Recently I had the combination pizza, and so far it is definitely my favorite one so far. Especially since it had not only plenty of cheese in the crust, but it satisfied my appetite. 3 purchases and hear is what I say. 1) The hand tossed crust (my least favorite crust, btw) is solid. Wet, warm and a step above Dominos. Like how Coors light is better than Bud light. Ordered a 12 inch buffalo chicken and a 14 inch maui thin crust. A friend of mine recommended this place. I spent 53.00 with tip. The pizza was very dry and the thin crust was tough to bite through. I had to put Red Hot on the chicken pizza and dip it in blue cheese dressing and it was still tough to eat. Seriously, I don't think they even put sauce on it. Dominos has a better thin crust. Through my mistake I had a large order that didn't get placed for a high school team event. When I showed up to pick it up and found out it hadn't been placed, the manager and team jumped on my order and had me out the door in 15 minutes! It was ok. Pizza was dry. I'd say don't go by the reviews, it's more on personal preference with your pizza. Pizza had fresh veggies but was very dry. I did request for extra sauce on the pizza but pizza was still very dry still. You can reference the picture and see the good veggies but how there is barely any sauce on the pizza. Massive letdown. Experience started promising, with an amusing pre-recorded greeting on the phone. I was connected to a worker quickly. Ordered delivery and was told about an hour. That's okay, but it took 90 minutes total. Food arrived, pizza wasn't remotely hot, and was more like it'd been sitting out in the open for 20 minutes. We ordered sausage and green olives. The sausage had next to no flavor, and the portions were small. There were literally no more than one or two green olives per slice. The Topperstix were just okay, but were also not hot. I am a big toppers fan! It has the best Vegan and vegetarian friendly menu for Pizzas. I can proudly call toppers as my weekend cheat meal. I want to appreciate great service of toppers employees throughout pandemic. My family and I normally decide to get Toppers every so often because their pizza is so good but also kind of pricey. Last night we had our pizza delivered with two toppings and when we opened the box there was a very minimal amount of cheese on the pizza and the crust had a weird taste (which we normally love the crust). Being that we are huge fans of leftovers we got a large and planned to save the pizza for the week, but we were so disappointed in the pizza we threw it away after eating only two slices out of the pie. I've really, really tried hard to like this place. The pizza is good enough, the 3 Cheese Garlic Toppersticks are wonderful. Absolutely recommend. All three times I've had it, they've been at least 30-45 minutes late. Allow yourself extra time. However, the low score is really because the delivery staff is so atrocious. The first time, the guy couldn't figure out how to buzz in to the apartment. It literally says to just dial the apt #. Which is fine, we all have those days. But he asked if we wanted any crushed red pepper, I said "Oh sure" and he said "It's actually in my car so I'd have to go get it." And just looked at me. Ok, nevermind then. The next time, we waited nearly an hour past the delivery time. It was Tuesday, not exactly peak pizza night. Driver was ok if not a bit short with me. This time...this time takes the cake. The kid calls from the apt building parking lot, in his car, wondering what to do. I honestly wasn't sure what he was asking. I said "Just go to the front door?" And he goes "Should I just go to the door in the middle?" It was slightly bizarre, our entrance is pretty obvious, but whatever. Then he brings us our pizza. He asked if we had a drinking fountain in the apt building. I said no. He asked if he could have a glass of water. I was taken aback and said sure, and he just walked in behind me. So I gave him just a bottle of water so he would leave. The pizzas were also weirdly misshapen and cut. But good. The customer service here is just bizarre. Not bad, necessarily.
