Cute with decent wine and food options. We ordered the red wine flight, sparkling flight, crème brûlée and mango sorbet. All did what we needed and I'd definitely come back.

This spot is incredible and somewhere we love returning to every visit to Breckenridge. Staff is always lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. They typically do their tastings during less busy daylight hours, we showed up at 5:45 and they were still happy to allow us to do it. Their wines are great and truly show off what Colorado is capable of these days, our wine region has come so far! Additionally their snack are phenomenal. It's the perfect place to come if you want a drink and app. We love the homemade chips and cheese fondue....could truly drink that cheese sauce it's so good. Can't wait for next visit! Thanks for everything.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat in Breckenridge. The food is INCREDIBLE and it's nice to have small bites that are quality. I have never had a bad item from the menu - each item is better than the last. The fries are a must, I get them every time I go. The ribs are great as they are a la carte so you can get one, two or seven! The cheeses are each better than the other. Yes - the wine is good, too! I love the whites and also appreciate the Cab Franc.

    Check out the Albariño!

For Colorado, you can't go wrong here when it comes to wine. Great Albariño! When in Breck, worth the stop.

This is a very small and intimate tasting room with wines from Carboy winery in grand junction. I really loved the tasting options, the tasting flight being the most bang for your buck and a mix between 5 reds and whites for $20. I myself ordered the white flight, and it came with 3 generous pours of the white wines. The wines leaned towards lightly sweet and for $16 I was pleased. The food had allergen labels and some gluten free and vegetarian options but not many. The menu has a tapas vibe with small portions and sharing plates. This makes a great light dinner or snack if everyone is not starving. The pesto deviled eggs were a table hit for us, and you can ask to add additional eggs for an additional cost if you have more than 3 at the table. The French fry portion was fabulous and the fries were crispy and well seasoned- however due to the shared fryer they are not technically gf. I would love to see a warm vegetable option in the future like an asparagus plate, shishitos, or broccolini to further increase the vegan/ veg options. Overall this was a lovely experience with wines for all four of our very different tastes and some light food to pair. The waitress and bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and really added to the experience!

This is a cute little stop along main street in Breckenridge to enjoy an afternoon libation or snack. They have wine tastings, wine flights and cocktails. I saw limoncello on the menu and immediately decided on a spritz for a nice, refreshing cocktail. The hubby got an old fashioned since they also carry his favorite bourbon, Woodford. The cocktails are delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I think we'll stay a while....

Such a beautiful spots. This winery takes juice from grapes and bottles in Littleton, CO and then sends those bottles to their four tasting rooms. We tried the Sauvignon blanc and pioneer red blend (exclusive to this location). Both hit the spot. They have so many good options. No vegan items, but we knew that coming here. Good spot to chat and sip. Nice and warm inside. Great interior design. Friendly bartender too!

The winery is on one end of Main Street, and has patio seating (there was live music outside), as well as an interior tasting room. Right off the bat, we didn't think either of the people working were overly friendly, and didn't really make us feel overly welcome. We decided to do two flights of red wine - kind of insane to me that a flight was $40, thank god we had a 2 for 1 discount. The other people in my party also said they'd give the experience a 2 or 3 stars - price was unbelievably expensive (especially when you can go down the street at Carboy and do a flight for half the price). No one was impressed by the service either - for a flight, I'd expect a little more background and explanation of the wines, but the person came and dropped off beakers of all the wine with a quick explanation then left it up to us to pour our own wines. The wines themselves were nothing spectacular either, two from Colorado and two from California grapes (I think) - we liked the blend but that was about it. Unfortunately would not recommend this place to others or come back.

Service: poor, place was half empty (we came early) but after getting seated we had to wait about 15 minutes to have someone take our drink order. We got our food in reasonable time frame but the table next to us really had to wait. We were served, finished our meal and they still hadn't gotten their meal even though they sat down about five minutes after us. End of meal we had to ask twice for boxes and the check and finally had to chase down our server to get both. Food: very mixed bag here. Pro's: salads good, hummus wrap good, pizza good. Cons: onion rings massively over fried and tasted frozen, not fresh. Nachos had barely any toppings and the chicken was in a ball in the corner of the plate; not spread out evenly. Burger was burnt badly and unedible. Eric's has been a go-to staple for us for 10 years, not any more.

We were happy to see that it was an indoor event, since the River Walk Center can go either way. We paid $20 at the door (although could have paid $15 online in advance) and were given tester cups, a spoon, and four tickets to vote for favorites. You go booth to booth, as you might wine or beer tasting, and get your cup filled up. Both green and red chili, both veggie and meat: beef, chicken, pork, and even seafood. Each booth also indicated the level of heat: mild, medium, and hot. After trying one hot, I decided to keep with medium and mild. Everyone from local restaurants to local residents compete, and former winners aren't too modest to show off previous year's trophies. There were probably 50 different booths, each with typically 2 or 3 different chili's to try. Needless to say, you wont go home hungry but you might go home with a stomach ache if you didn't take your Beano beforehand... and I didn't. Some booths have chips and salsa as an added bonus, and some booths offer sour creme, cheese, and onions for some extra fixins. They have bevies for the thirsty (and you will get thirsty), reasonable priced for a festival of this type. Overall, it's a fun environment with people who are excited for you to taste their chili. You are given a wrist band to go in and out of the building, so you can break up your time. The event ran from 3-7 this year, but the time goes by surprisingly quick. The layout of the booths is a little tight, making it awkward to stand and eat your chili in front of the booths. We found that getting a table on the outskirts of the booths to eat and then going in to fill up again was a nice alternative to feeling like you are in the way of other tasters. I hope to return next year. I wish I lived nearby to compete!

A few weeks ago I made a reservation online a day before my visit. I was able to choose what craft I was doing and there is an option for indecisive crafters as well. I checked in and the sales person at the counter said I could look around the pottery room and or head upstairs if interested in other paint projects. When you walk in there is a candle bar to make candles, there is also a retail store. When you head upstairs somebody will take you to your table and explain how to start your project depending what you chose to do. They will give you a small menu if you want any small snacks or beverages. I chose a tile project and others opted to paint ceramics. We crafted for about 2 hours and there was always a person seeing how things were going and to help. Even though everyone was very helpful and kind, Sidney was especially fantastic from start to pick up the next day of our ceramic and tile projects. I think Sidney was really genuine in making sure that our projects would come out great and that we were enjoying our time here. I would suggest if you want to take a break from walking around and shopping this would be the best thing for a little fun time.
