Called ahead because we were a large group and they were so friendly. They even set up a table for us so by the time we walked over, we were sat straight away. The place inside is small, but its still spacious enough that you're not crammed against the other tables. From the moment you're walking up to the place it calls your attention cause its located in the historic Gold Pan Saloon. And the decor inside follows that rustic saloon winery vibes with barrel decors and a crazy ceiling design. They have a great bar area for tastings or a glass of wine as well. I opted for the wine flight, which was great. It included 3 different types of red wines and they were each delicious. My fav was the cabernet franc. It was the best of the 3 for me. For food we went with the Red Rocker charcuterie board and it was great. They pick the 2 cheeses and 2 proteins, which are a rotating selection, along with pickled veggies and a spread with homemade wine tortilla chips. What I love about it is that you can tell the board is freshly made when it's ordered. I was also able to try a piece of the bruschetta with Poached Figs, Whipped Goat Cheese, Honey & Pine Nuts and it was to die for. If goat cheese is your thing, do not skip out on this one. The whipped cheese is crazy, Amazing texture and flavor. We stopped by a couple of days later for a glass of wine and it was packed but they were nice enough to let us stand on the side enjoying a glass till a seat opened up at the bar. I got a glass of their "house red" which is divine. Great body and perfectly balanced. And did I mention it's only $10?!? Totally worth it. Perfect place to relax and unwind. read more

Great service and spot to watch a World Cup game! We stopped in for a quick drink - our party got two glasses of Tempranillo on tap (delicious) and split the lamb meatballs. We missed HH pricing but seems like they have great HH details. Loved that their wine was on tap - how fun! They had some TVs which was nice to be able to watch the soccer match. Service was very friendly, attentive and timely. Cool spot right off of Main Street. Their fights seemed very affordable too - ranging $17 - $20 if memory serves. This spot is incredible and somewhere we love returning to every visit to Breckenridge. Staff is always lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. They typically do their tastings during less busy daylight hours, we showed up at 5:45 and they were still happy to allow us to do it. Their wines are great and truly show off what Colorado is capable of these days, our wine region has come so far! Additionally their snack are phenomenal. This is a very small and intimate tasting room with wines from Carboy winery in grand junction. I really loved the tasting options, the tasting flight being the most bang for your buck and a mix between 5 reds and whites for $20. I myself ordered the white flight, and it came with 3 generous pours of the white wines. The wines leaned towards lightly sweet and for $16 I was pleased. The food had allergen labels and some gluten free and vegetarian options but not many. The menu has a tapas vibe with small portions and sharing plates. This makes a great light dinner or snack if everyone is not starving. The pesto deviled eggs were a table hit for us, and you can ask to add additional eggs for an additional cost if you have more than 3 at the table. The French fry portion was fabulous and the fries were crispy and well seasoned- however due to the shared fryer they are not technically gf. I would love to see a warm vegetable option in the future like an asparagus plate, shishitos, or broccolini to further increase the vegan/ veg options. Overall this was a lovely experience with wines for all four of our very different tastes and some light food to pair. This is a cute little stop along main street in Breckenridge to enjoy an afternoon libation or snack. They have wine tastings, wine flights and cocktails. I saw limoncello on the menu and immediately decided on a spritz for a nice, refreshing cocktail. The hubby got an old fashioned since they also carry his favorite bourbon, Woodford. Great venue for 8 of us girls to try wine tasting on a cold winter night! Small but classy establishment. Make reservations ahead of time, especially if you have a big group like ours. We've never done a wine tasting before and our server was great at explaining each wine and each sparkling wine. I'm not typically a wine drinker so I'm not sure how to rate their wines. But a friend of mine tried to order a coffee after our tasting and they refused because they said that the smell and taste of coffee could impact our wine tasting (and others near us). I respect their integrity. Food was hit or miss. We all loved the Bruschetta with whipped goat cheese and poached figs - SO delicious! The Ricky Bobby Board was just okay. It was nice to have both meats and cheese on the same board, but we didn't enjoy the board as much as the bruschetta. The glazed balsamic ribs were so flavorful, but a bit dry. The creme brûlée was delicious, so save some room for dessert. Overall, our girls group had a great time at Carboy and would love to come back someday. read more

Service was relaxed and chill. One of the coolest little wineries I've been to outside of Napa! Came here while visiting the surrounding mountains and had some amazing Chardonnay as well as tapas style servings of goat cheese, bruschetta, lamb chop and ribs, all absolutely amazing! The portion sizes for tapas were very generous and it ended up being an early dinner for us given how much we ate. It's really cozy inside, the wine was amazing! Seriously the best Chardonnay I've had, and the service was awesome and very attentive. Will definitely be back when we return to Breckenridge.
