I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.

Josh was friendly and helpful right away. I asked him about a certain baseball product for my son, and he informed me that series was being discontinued. He gave me a some packs from an older year of that series, to take home to my son. I also bought some of the Disney product he carried for my daughter. My aunt and I went to Hobby Lobby to obtain decorations for an "Elevated fall" vibe in our living room/ dining room area back at home. Boy oh boy do I love me some Hobby Lobby! I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. We purchased garlands, candle holders, table runners, ribbons, and small knick knacks to tie our whole look together. We are SO satisfied! We will definitely coming back for Christmas. My daughter and granddaughter accompanied me on a mission to find specific hard to find Pokémon cards to complete a set. We were able to find 5 or 6 of them. It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.
