The beans are roasted locally! The syrups here are not usually made in house, so i often think their drinks are best with no additional flavors with the exception of a sugar-free vanilla mocha (one of my favorites). Your experience may differ depending on the barista, but as long as you know what you like, you can usually have a good cup.
