I assumed it was a mounting issue and a quick fix but Mannie and Pedro came out and quickly figured out my wonky foundation was pulling it down. They needed to get supplies and I didn't think I'd be able to afford the new price of repair so we planned on scheduling for a future visit. However, soon after they left I realized I could afford it and went ahead with scheduling the repair. They managed to come right back out that same evening to complete it. It ended up needing a slip riser installed which will prevent this issue from happening again. He also tidied up the mess of cables left behind from various things by the previous homeowner. What's most important to me when choosing services like this is personability and trustworthiness. If I get that salesman-type vibe I choose someone else regardless of price. I never felt like they were trying to upsell. They were nothing but kind and honest. These guys are the best! They came out for a quote very quickly. Diagnosed the problem and being…read morethat our unit was many decades old and we had been planning on replacing for a few years anyway we agreed on that being the best option. This wasn't an emergency but they still were able to get the job done very quickly. Our attic space is very low and our set up needed quite a bit of work with changing some duct work and adding things that were missing. They finish in one day and it looks great. We also had them take a quick look at our other unit which we had replaced 5 years ago and he discovered they didn't properly install the exhaust so co² was leaking into our attic and previous installers left a portion without insulation around the ducts. They were great with providing images of the problem areas and then the images once the work was done. They also personally showed me a couple of things about the units. (E.g. the filter placement shut offs) Very nice straightforward men, polite, and extremely hardworking. 10/10 would recommend!

They repaired my easy fix, so I give 2 stars, but told me it would be $100 service call or I could sign up for $179 service package they want to lock you into and then come back later and upsell you more costly repairs. He then came back in the house and conveniently changed service call fee from $100 to $165. I've never been quoted a price after work was done and then had it switched. This was only because he thought I would sign up for $179 service nonsense. I'm in sales, I wish I could change my pricing anytime I wanted. Again, seek elsewhere unless you can get Dale back in a uni.
