They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

The invoice I signed lacked clear drawings, measurements, or descriptions beyond codes like "Arch Shutter white Front tilt, 2 frame Luver 4", DR 32, DR63," which did not indicate the actual height or design. Furthermore, when I requested a follow-up visit because the shutters were not closing properly, Lisa was confrontational. She insisted I signed the invoice and made conflicting claims regarding her visits and the documentation. I have noticed that the carbon copy of the invoice I hold does not match the information she presented during the visit I requested.
