I had a 2:15pm appointment, and after waiting around for a while, I let the front desk lady know that I had to leave at 3:45pm for another appointment. She told me she was unsure if the doctor would be able to see me by then -- a whole hour and 15 minutes later. They only let me in when they realized I was going to leave. You walk in, and they ask you to pee in a disposable plastic cup with no lid, write your name on a piece of tape, and leave it on a desk in the open air. The nurse was nice, but I have never been belittled by a doctor the way I was here. Extremely rude, passive-aggressive, condescending, and arrogant while working in this dump of a place. I've recently moved to New York and came from seeing some of the top doctors in California, but she tried to convince me those doctors didn't know what they were talking about. I proceeded to tell her my conditions and the reasons I came in (which shouldn't make me special -- literally everyone who comes to a doctor is in need of help, so the standard practice should be kindness). Instead, she made fun of my pain and gaslit my conditions. I had to walk out mid-appointment because of Dr. Krym's attitude. I let her know she was extremely rude and that I was obviously coming in because I was in pain and needed help. She kept back-talking until the door slammed on my way out. Don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews like I did. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I'm still IN CHARGE of what tests I want performed, or so I thought. I was basically lied to. Second, things are not nearly as clean as they used be. I was nervous about having my blood drawn. There were three other nurses in the tiny room at the same time, all chatting and busy, while one just kinda took out a needle and wanted to get started. No masks, no gloves (which was the worst offense). I literally had to ask the nurse to 'please focus' as I want to make sure you have your shit together before you start putting needles in my arm. My uncle passed away from staff infection he obtained during a routine blood test - I was nervous. Nothing about this office is worth returning too. They used to be the BEST. Sad. Unfortunately, their focus on elective treatments for bad skin and fatty problem areas seems to be the grease for the wheels, greed and psychotropic experiences are the engine. #anotheronebitsthedust

Doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. I came back to this place because I felt they really care about my health and how well I am doing. Dr Lin and Dr Yang actually spend time examining you compared to other places where they just ask "any problems?"
