Salvador's nonchalant attitude and low effort detracts from the high quality and elegant experience that I had last time at Grapevine. Salvador didn't even ask to see if I liked the construction or asked for my opinion of how he assembled it, he just tied everything together effortlessly and said "here you go" and left, with no consideration whatsoever about the shopper's preference. John answered the phone and was willing to quickly rush an order for me, despite a storm coming in- they were working in full speed to deliver all their orders before roads get shut off. John started putting my order together as we were talking on the phone, and sent me contact information via email. The credit card transaction was done quickly over the phone, and later I emailed the text for the card and shipping address and number. When all was done and delivered, John called me personally to let me know the flowers were delivered! I've never received such an outstanding and personal experience. Thank you guys!
