Took me a while to write this, I am still in disbelief with the miracle Care Fertility has so amazingly helped me obtain after years of struggling with infertility. I was recommended by a friend who also came here (she has beautiful twin girls). I went to a few places, prior to here including Mexico to find the ideal doctor that will not only help me achieve pregnancy, but would be there for me every step of the way. From the first appointment, Dr. Quintero was such a great listener, answered all of our questions, was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. He took his time to explain everything and never rushed or made us feel like we were asking wrong or dumb questions. Following Dr. Q's appointment, my husband and I met with Genesis (Financial Coordinator) and once again, amazing customer service! So sweet and kind and answered all of our questions. My husband and I decided to take a few days to think about it. Genesis was kind enough to reach out a few days later and ask if we had any questions. We prayed about it and decided to move forward. We were assigned to Nancy (Nurse Coordinator) let me tell you! She answered my millions of text no matter what day or time it was. She helped me through so much! Every appointment felt as if I was going to my second home, from the receptionist, to the ultrasound tech (Jennifer) they were so kind and warm which is what a woman needs during this time. I looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was not alone, I had so much support, encouragement and care at all times. They helped me stay positive even if the journey seemed to be taking longer or the results did not come out like we anticipated. After everything.... we were blessed with our baby boy on the first transfer!! I am now 12 weeks and still in disbelief. Thank you, Care Fertility for creating such a loving and caring environment, it is rough to be going through this but you all make it such a beautiful experience. I can't wait to go back again! I'm sharing my personal experience in hopes that the clinic can improve its communication process. After my initial consultation, I completed the blood work that was requested and was told the next steps would involve additional testing. However, I never received any follow-up regarding my results or what I needed to do next not until I called to ask for an update. Upon learning for the next step I requested a referral letter so I could complete the testing at a facility covered by my insurance. I was told multiple times that my request would be forwarded to the coordinator, but despite several follow-up I never received the referral or any update. To be honest, I never understood why the referral was delayed for so long. Whether it was an oversight, a communication issue, or something else. After waiting nearly two months, I finally called again and decided not to continue my care with the clinic. At that point, I simply requested my lab results so I could move forward with another provider. The staff I spoke with were always polite, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, fertility treatment is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication and follow-through caused a significant delay in my care. I hope the clinic can improve its patient follow-up process for future patients. read more

Four years ago, I visited Dr Quintero for a consult and IVF treatment. In our initial consultation, he told me due to my age (41), my ovarian reserve was very low and to consider egg donation to have a baby. He said it would not be worth the cost of IVF. I was devastated but decided to move forward since I so desperately wanted a baby. He started me on meds without asking me in depth about my medical history. I was on several medications for heart disease but started the med given. I felt an adverse effect from the meds, contacted his office to speak to him, and after doing so, did not feel comfortable with his level of concern. I asked for a refund on the money paid for IVF cycle, which was denied. I had agreed to pay for the ultrasound and bloodwork completed, but they still refused. Eventually after consulting an attorney, we were given a partial refund. I went on to another doctor at Reproductive Partners in Beverly Hills that took me on, treated me with care and I successfully carried my son using my own eggs. We are currently expecting our second baby. If you are over 35 or have any underlying medical issues, I would highly recommend RPMG Beverly Hills. read more

Care quality all they care about is your money. I did IVF here twice and got as far as egg retrieval and the first time they didn't grow embryos and you know how I found out through a email that right no one called me not even the doctor nothing and the email was so confusing I called and was told someone would call me back and explain then hours later they did and simply said yea the eggs didn't grow any embryos so you're going to have start over. I was devastated I hung up the phone and cried all weekend. The second time and more money later atleast the doctor called this time but still it was a cold phone call there wasn't a I'm sorry or anything it. All I've ever wanted was a baby. And they act like it's nothing I'm now 50,000 in debt after 2 rounds of IUI and 2 rounds of IVF read more

35 and older please don't go here! Doctor is very unfamiliar with new studies that have come up, and will not get to the root cause of any problems that come up. This place is frankly a factory and push patients in and out. Doctor's ethics are questionable and other fertility doctors are horrified by their practice. Dr. Quintero and his team treat you like family, making you feel welcome and comfortable at every appointment. We feel so blessed to be in this position. Thanks to Dr Quintero, from the medication to the egg retrieval, he was amazing. My first try was tough, I had a huge fibroid, but he was still able to do the egg retrieval. I removed the fibroid last year and started again with Dr Quintero this year and we were successful, and I am finally pregnant!! My coordinator was Kate and Lili, they were so helpful, I can reach them through phone and text messages, they made me feel like they were my friends. I had a hsg appointment with him and i was told i would have him perform it and he would answer my questions. They only care about your money and each cycle keep going up they are very heartless, they don't care about the customers. Dr Rudy seems good but don't have time for questions or give you any idea to achieve your dreams .. only thing this facility knows is your hard earn money. Very rude customer service and they will make you waste a lot of money buying medications you don't even need. Don't ever store your Embryo there it keeps going up 50% every year. Tried three times ivf with no results and prices keep going up each cycle.Too bad.....God have mercy on them and deliver us from this journey..please stay away...
