The worst experience…read more First, waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get brought into the exam room (I guess thatg's why they call it a Waiting Room ). Another 15 minutes went by before the Dr. showed up. Dr. never examined me...then upon a scheduled follow-up tele health call, Dr. never joined the call. Absolutely terrible. Tele health call was scheduled 10 min before the office closing....so while I still sat and waited for Dr. to join.....10 minutes had past and I could not even get the office to answer the phone so I could find out what was going on. Then, when I called again, I got the 'off hours' call center who said they would reach out to the Dr. to let her know I was still waiting - but that didn;t happen either. Don't waste your time here.

I was recommended by a friend who also came here (she has beautiful twin girls). I went to a few places, prior to here including Mexico to find the ideal doctor that will not only help me achieve pregnancy, but would be there for me every step of the way. From the first appointment, Dr. Quintero was such a great listener, answered all of our questions, was very honest and made us feel so comfortable. He took his time to explain everything and never rushed or made us feel like we were asking wrong or dumb questions. Following Dr. Q's appointment, my husband and I met with Genesis (Financial Coordinator) and once again, amazing customer service! So sweet and kind and answered all of our questions. My husband and I decided to take a few days to think about it. Genesis was kind enough to reach out a few days later and ask if we had any questions. We prayed about it and decided to move forward. We were assigned to Nancy (Nurse Coordinator) let me tell you! She answered my millions of text no matter what day or time it was. She helped me through so much! Every appointment felt as if I was going to my second home, from the receptionist, to the ultrasound tech (Jennifer) they were so kind and warm which is what a woman needs during this time. I looked forward to my appointments because I knew I was not alone, I had so much support, encouragement and care at all times. They helped me stay positive even if the journey seemed to be taking longer or the results did not come out like we anticipated. After everything.... we were blessed with our baby boy on the first transfer!! I am now 12 weeks and still in disbelief. Thank you, Care Fertility for creating such a loving and caring environment, it is rough to be going through this but you all make it such a beautiful experience. I can't wait to go back again! However, I never received any follow-up regarding my results or what I needed to do next not until I called to ask for an update. Upon learning for the next step I requested a referral letter so I could complete the testing at a facility covered by my insurance. I was told multiple times that my request would be forwarded to the coordinator, but despite several follow-up I never received the referral or any update. To be honest, I never understood why the referral was delayed for so long. Whether it was an oversight, a communication issue, or something else. After waiting nearly two months, I finally called again and decided not to continue my care with the clinic. At that point, I simply requested my lab results so I could move forward with another provider. The staff I spoke with were always polite, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, fertility treatment is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication and follow-through caused a significant delay in my care. I hope the clinic can improve its patient follow-up process for future patients.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The doctors and technicians were professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which really helped reduce my anxiety. Wait times were reasonable, and the same-day discharge process went smoothly without unnecessary delays. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the team did a great job coordinating my care. My pain/symptoms were managed effectively, and I felt confident in the medical decisions made. The communication between the doctors, nurses, and me was excellent -- I never felt rushed or left in the dark about what was happening. During the visit, Dr. Cropper asked only a few brief questions and performed a quick ultrasound simply to confirm the pregnancy. The ultrasound photo we were given was blurry and off-center, but what disappointed us most was the interaction. When my partner brought up concerns based on our prior pregnancies, they were dismissed with brief, cold responses. Throughout the appointment, I also felt that Dr. Cropper barely acknowledged my partner or made us feel comfortable discussing our concerns. When the office later called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I explained that I was still upset about the care I had received and shared my concerns about how the appointment had gone. The front desk staff told me they would call me back to schedule the follow-up. Instead, I received a letter informing me that Dr. Cropper would no longer be seeing me due to "patient-doctor differences." As a newly pregnant woman, this was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to improve communication, I was dismissed from the practice. I found the way the situation was handled to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Every patient deserves to feel heard, especially during such an important and vulnerable time.
