Appointment scheduling by far I have to say is the best from all the locations I've gone to. With the early 7:30am to late 6:30pm, your able to drop the kiddos to school and or make an appointment after work. We've had a couple of incidents where our appointment times were carried over but like any healthcare office that will happen. My kiddos medical office we are there for 3-4 hours and as many know Parkland that's a 6-7 hour work shift of just persistent waiting. Comfort Dental takes into that consideration of getting the patients in and out as soon as possible. I love this office and have recommended to many of my friends and family! Continue the good work.

Update 6/2017 I went for a third cleaning and Dr.Kerbel had asked me if one of my teeth bothered me because he noticed the filling seem to be loose and at the time I said no it was fine. A month later I did notice when I was eating something but it seemed a little sensitive so I called them back to see if he could fix that filling. The receptionist told me that he would have to do x-rays again even though he had just me seen me a month ago and I had x-rays from a year ago when I first got there. I don't have dental insurance and although I understand Dr.Kerbel wants to be thorough it just seemed like a lot of extensive testing when he's already communicated to me that he felt like the filling was loose. The receptionist made it sound like he felt that since I was complaining about the tooth something much bigger could be going on which I think is a huge leap when I told them I just had a little sensitivity not major pain. So honestly I'm a little skeptical and because I communicated that ; they offered to do additional x-rays for free but I'm going to get a second opinion because I just felt like they want to do more than is necessary and it is quite expensive even though they have a very luxurious office. Furthermore I sent my fiancé there because of my initial teeth cleanings. He ended up getting seven sealants on his teeth due to Dr.Kerbel's recommendation. Now he has more sensitivity to those teeth and he regrets having it done. He was also told by the office that his insurance would cover the treatments and then after he had it done the office then stated it would not be covered and he had to pay out of pocket. I find that inexcusable and I believe if the office makes that kind of error they should pay for it since they misspoke and Jeff was misled. 11/5/17 I have had to block their office from calling me. It seems Connie keeps calling me wanting me to change this review but she is part of the reason for my negative experience in the first place. They really need to stop badgering me and I am definitely not interested in returning for any more treatments. Please stop calling me and understand I do not want to rehash things.

I'm not very good when it comes to taking care of my teeth but she was really positive and motivating. Gave me all the important information to keep my gums strong and healthy.
