I was referred to Dr. Indira Reyes-Contin after going to the ER watch center. The watch center was not at this facility but another hospital. She was very friendly and kind but there was one MAJOR issue that resulted in me feeling WORSE than when I started. If you're someone that's struggling with mental health you MUST read this. Or actually, JUST IN GENERAL. She asked a few basic questions and then some more detailed ones. I told her that my outside psychiatrist told me there's a possibility I have bipolar disorder. Dr. Reyes dismissed that possibility and explained that my symptoms weren't of bipolar disorder just MDD (major depressive disorder) and that it was "normal" to have these mood swings in depression. She prescribed me antidepressants (you don't EVERY give A-D to a person with BP). Started off with 5mg and told me that I'd feel su!cidal the first 5 days but it was a side affect of the medication (first off who even prescribes that?) Well that was not how I felt and I started feeling high the 3rd day. After 5 days I'd then take 10mg on the 6th day. I went through my first manic episode and it was HORRID. That medication worked INSTANTLY and I had immediate aggressive mood swings FAR from this "normal" she said. I made an emergency virtual session that same day this happened with Dr. Reyes and you'd think she would be worried but guess what, she was ignorant and told me to KEEP TAKING IT. "Your body has to get used to it for it to work," she said. What kind of doctor says?? I told her I had all of these symptoms and she STILL dismissed it as a part of the medication. Me and my dad were persistent that this wasn't my normal behavior and that I had gone from feeling grandiose to the next SECOND having an aggressive break down. The session was said to be 30min but it didn't even last 10min. Scammer. My manic episode lasted for TWO WEEKS and she wanted me to take it??? I would've died or kms if I did. I even started having psychological withdrawal symptoms but thankfully my mom flushed these meds down. I went from having to be in IOP to PHP thanks to her. Dr. Reyes should have serious consciences for her actions. I wouldn't recommend this "doctor" whatsoever or else she'll dismiss and belittle your situation. Just because you don't have all the symptoms of something doesn't mean it's NOT a possibility. In summary she's absolutely careless "practitioner" when it comes to the well being of patients. read more

Headline: Disappointing experience with front desk staff Memorial Hermann Memorial Hospital 22430 Grand Corner Dr Katy, TX 77494 United States "My wife waited over a month for this appointment. We arrived at 1:45 PM for a 1:40 PM slot. Although the delay was minor, the front desk receptionist (a Caucasian lady) was very cold and inflexible. She told us that because it was our first visit, we should have been there 30 minutes early and forced us to reschedule entirely. She even refused to let us process the paperwork while we were already there. Strict rules are understandable, but the lack of empathy and professional courtesy was frustrating. We decided to take our business to Houston Methodist instead. Very poor first impression." read more

The physical therapy did not rehabilitate my daughter and even after she "Completed" their program we had to go to another physical therapy group to get her rehabilitated. In addition to this they never set up the my chart properly and I was never able to see bills. Months later I get a bill then call and spend 1 hour on the phone to tell me that they could not help me see any detail and that the my chart group had to help with that and that I could pay the bill elsewhere. read more

Superior to other Urgent Care places. Quality professionals. Complete facility w/ x-rays, CAT scan & blood lab all on campus. Problem (but same as other ER/urgent care) is shortage of beds & healthcare professionals. It took us 5 hours, so took away one star. But care is quality & office experience top notch. read more

Too long of wait, after seeing Dr waited 35 minutes for them to print out info and had it to us. Total wait time from walking into ER was 3 hours! And very very few other patients. Go to some other location or provider! read more

I'm a new patient here at this clinic. Dr Sajja is one of the better primary care physicians that I've seen in a long time. The staff that greets you at check in are pretty friendly and welcoming. They're helpful with the paperwork and any billing questions you might have. Wait times are contingent on patients who have appointments scheduled before you. It's not a big deal and I've never had to wait longer than normal. The medical assistants are nice and answer whatever questions you may have. Overall this is a good place and very convenient location. read more

Came back a second time - and their ER services here are STILL SUPERB! Came back because I was having flu-like symptoms accompanied by severe asthma and increased heart rate. I was taken care of by nurse Monaliza and Harry along with Dr. Azintola. Let me just say, how much I love the staff here at Memorial Hermann ER. I arrived to the ER a little after 1pm and it is so amazing on how they can continue to provide consistent, amazing service. Harry and Monaliza are incredible nurses. They were both so accommodating, nurturing, kind, considerate, and everything else a nurse should be. I was struggling to breathe and they did everything they could to make me comfortable and to help me in every way. Harry and Monaliza have such big hearts - Harry was so soft spoken and kind, he helped carry my belongings and it was very obvious that he was concerned for my well being. Monaliza was so fun to speak with - she took my mind off of my illness and instead made my time in the ER very enjoyable. She was so down to earth and I just could not believe how blessed I was to be taken care of by such amazing nurses. Dr. Azintola had great bedside manner - he was very thorough and made sure that I was in good hands by providing proper treatment and going through some tests to make sure he pinpoint what was going on. He answered all of my questions and even asked if I had anymore questions for him in a calm, patient manner. He thoroughly explained everything and provided me with what the best treatment/medication would be for me. This is the second time I've been here in two months and I am so grateful that I have found this facility. The hospital staff here is extremely welcoming and so kind - this is the best place to be for any kind of emergency. read more

I went in for what turned out to be a gallbladder issue. My teenage son drove me in. The staff was amazing. They all treated me with such kindness and patience. They were wonderful with my son, complimenting him and keeping him included and informed. I ended up having to transfer to the actual hospital and they handled everything. During what was an extremely stressful day, I couldn't have asked for better care. read more

I went in for a CT scan and Travis and Jennifer took great care of me. From making sure I liked the taste of my contrast, to having excellent bedside manner while inserting IV, Travis made me feel at ease and less stressed. I went in for my appointment and was immediately seen. It took about 45-50 mins to complete the exam and I got my results 2 hours after! read more
