    Absolutely worst dental experience of my life. I had ONE (1) impacted tooth that was super super painful and thankfully, this one was able to take me the next day. I had wonderful thoughts coming in because the receptionist seemed nice on the phone and I never really had a terrible experience with previous dentists before. On top of that, the dental assistants who were there were super friendly and nice, BUT my overall experience with the dentist and the price/payment method was absolute sus and I'd rather NOT go here anymore. I had some infection on my impacted wisdom tooth (i waited a long time to come in because of pandemic and because i didnt have insurance/money BEFORE to do so) and they were able to take my tooth out that same day I came in. The dentist injected the area to numb but since there was pus, didn't realize that it didnt hit the nerve properly and that I still felt excruciating pain. She went RIGHT IN AND EXTRACTED MY TOOTH and i was literally shaking and crying until she realized I was traumatized and finally injected more to numb the area. The other dental assistant was the one who said "if you can't take the pain raise your hand" and i raised it right away because that ish was PAINFULLLL; she was literally extracting my tooth out without proper numbing in the area. I get that this was an error because I had pus, but I think she shouldve made sure that I was fully numb before going rogue Like many dentists, she did comment and said something along the words of "this is what happens when you wait/dont come in" but honestly, this is very common with many dentists and I hate that they don't realize that comment is very not low income friendly of them (lmao) They told me that my insurance paid around 60% which is amazing, but since their "system was not working" at the time, I was told to pay in cash. I did question it at the time, but i didnt think that much of it until-- One month later (as of today), I received my plan's coverage in the mail and tell me why it says that they billed my insurance $2K++ for ONE TOOTH, cleaning, xray?? They took half of my annual benefits from my insurance!! I wasn't showed the bill they charged the insurance AND waited for MY INSURANCE to tell me!

    not really caring for the patient, long waiting time, slow service, not really supporting the patient, I am disappointed with the service.

    We love it here! Dr Annie is the BEST!! Her staff are great also. I'm glad my mom yells at me to get my teeth cleaning.

This makes it easy and fast during check in. Lots of parking in the area. There's not much privacy as the seats are only divided by partitions so we can hear people next to us but I didn't mind that. Just letting you all know if privacy is a concern. The only thing that makes me uneasy about coming back again is that the hygienist used a LOT of water. There's a few times where I felt like I was going to drown as my mouth was filled with water while lying down in the chair. I told her that she used a lot of water, she kind of laughed it off and did use the suction a bit more often than before but I don't think she realized how uncomfortable it was for me. I've cleaned my teeth every 6 months or so but I've never had such an uncomfortable experience. Other than that, it's great. So, it might be something you want to let the hygienist know before you start your cleaning.

Dr. Mimi Nguyen and Dr. Thuy Nguyen are both incredibly skilled and experienced, and it shows in the precision and care they bring to every visit. What I've always appreciated most is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to make sure you understand everything and always make you feel at ease. It's rare to find a dental team that combines such expertise with such warmth, and that's exactly why my family and I continue to trust them after all these years. They recently relocated to a new office, and it looks absolutely amazing -- modern, comfortable, and welcoming. After all these years, I can confidently say they're the best around. I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.

The Dentist doesn't know what she's doing . She did recommended to fix my "multiple little cavities" which wasn't bothering me not one bit until I finally was convinced that I probably should do preventive treatment on these . So then she did and now my teeth has been bothering me for several months now . I've return twice and she hasn't yet figured out why my teeth has been hurting . And now she's recommending me to see a specialist's for my issue . If I have never had done this "preventive treatment" , this issue would've not exist . This dentist don't know what she's doing . I started noticing one of my teeth needed treatment pretty badly and I went back to the one place I had a great experience SIX years ago! I was treated by a different female Indian dentist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) but WOW! She could recognize I was very nervous and did everything to help me feel safe. The light taps on my chin and co distant verbal reassurance and the quality of work she left me with. I had to have two root canals and after I came back for my permanent crowns, I was shocked with how naturally they fit in my mouth and she PERFECTLY color matched them to my teeth. I've NEVER left a dental office so pleased. I showed my mother in law and my husband and they would definitely like to switch over to this office if they're taking new patients.
