STAY FAR AWAY, AVOID AT ALL COST…read more Extremely frustrating experience with Omatochi. The biggest problem is simple: NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Over more than three months, I called repeatedly and almost every call just rang and went to voicemail. Messages were not returned, and their website contact form did not work. There's no email, there's no messaging system, there are no extensions, there is only the main phone number that you just leave a voicemail to a general mail box. At one point, I literally had to walk into their office in person just to get someone to speak with me. First time they set someone up it was a no call no show and I was counting on them for two days so I missed two days of work when I tried calling No one picked up so all day I had no response on what's going on will somebody show up will someone not show up? I clearly explained that my mother is bed bound and requires diaper changes, feeding, and full assistance with daily care. When they finally sent someone, it was a 19 year old caregiver who told me she had only received two hours of training the day before. I did not feel comfortable leaving my mother alone in that situation, so I had to take another day off work. There was also a separate no call, no show that caused me to miss work again. When I later tried switching providers, the process was delayed more than a month because Medicare could not get Omatochi to answer the phone and confirm cancellation and hours. Do not just take my word for it. As you are reading this review, call them yourself and see what happens. See if anyone actually answers the phone. This company is supposed to help families caring for vulnerable loved ones. My experience was the absolute opposite. There's more going on to this Company Every sign points to fraud there's no way a health care company in charge of taking care of sick elderly patients does not pick up the phone Every experience with anyone at this company was an unprofessional rude That's in the rare occasion someone reaches out to you because you cannot call anybody you leave a voicemail out of box and then hopefully within a day or two someone responds back to you. I'm sure they're successful in billing hours billing Medicare billing medical but as far as actually providing services to real Patience this does not exist Run, do not walk, away from this company.
