Let me start by saying Michael is an awesome owner of this great company. After another company fell through, Michael stepped up with his team and squeezed me in in a tight bind. I had several estimates for a next day job and Michael's was right in the ballpark of the rest. He texted his ETA on the day of the job and arrived promptly. His team of four worked efficiently. My job was quite tricky. I had expensive pool equipment, a Camellia bush, and a shed that needed to be protected. Before cutting each branch, he tied up with ropes (white arrows in photo). The entire tree was dropped in a timely fashion. At one point I saw apricots getting smashed into my concrete so I decided to get a shovel. While I got my shovel, his crew had already picked it up to avoid damaging my property and concrete. I have had at least three or four different tree services over the years do trimming or take trees completely out and they have been good, no complaints. But this business was way beyond my expectations. They fit me in their busy schedule, gave me a reasonable estimate, and showed up early and were done and gone in three hours with my 40 foot oak tree including stump grinding. But what they did that after finishing taking the tree out was even more than I asked for or even expected! Here is the scenario: My cat was stuck on top of a SMUD power pole for over 24 hours. Because the pole belonged to SMUD no other city service (police, fire or animal control) would help.
