While I was finishing paperwork, Shae at the front desk was so friendly and attentive--she really helped calm things down. Then she brought me back to the room where my husband was already talking with Dr. Hansen. Dr. Hansen was awesome--he explained everything clearly and walked us through all the options so we could decide what to do. After that, Melisa took him for X-rays and everything just kept moving smoothly. Big thanks to Nurse Edric and Dr. Hansen who got his shoulder back in place right away, and to Virginia and Medel for taking such good care of him during the process. Everyone was kind, efficient, and really on top of things. What started as a stressful situation ended up being such a smooth and positive experience. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

There was a lot of miscommunication and no understanding, my daughter doesn't do solids, it's 95% formula and she wanted her to eat solids only. I tried explaining our situation many times and it was going no where. Idk if it was a language barrier or just rushing us. His office is consistently overcrowded, and it seems he may be seeing more patients than he can reasonably give quality attention to. Fortunately, my pharmacist took the time to thoroughly explain the medications and provide much-needed information about managing diabetes. I believe patients deserve more comprehensive care--especially when facing a life-changing diagnosis.

I am A 100 percent disabled vet which the VA pays for all my stuff but they do not cover Medical Marijuana cards. I pay out of pocket and have paid the same amount of $85 for one year card or on occasion paid $165 for the 2-year card for the pass 12 years. The girls up front threw me in Tricare which is for retirees not 100 percent veterans. So, when I went to pay the girl, she said I put it though your insurance. I said what insurance I pay out of pocket because VA does not cover this. She replied well lets see what happens. I get a collection notice for remainer of $181 after paying the $85. Like most people say you can't get though on the phone. So, by putting down in an insurance I don't have they want $181 more for their mistake. not gonna happen.
