I've been wearing glasses for 31 years and contacts for 26, and I've never had to pay that much for a fitting before. So, I said no thanks and asked for my prescription back. They even tried to tell me they didn't have it on file, but I had to grab it myself before leaving. And to top it off, they try to make everyone pay for retinal imaging, which feels like a rip-off. Then, earlier today, my husband had his eye exam and was checking out glasses. They wanted to tack on an extra $100 for some special lenses and stuff, but we had to pass because it wasn't payday yet. But when I went to pay for my own stuff, I overheard them talking trash about us not buying their expensive glasses! It's frustrating that they seem more interested in making money than treating customers right. They should be upfront about their prices so people can make informed choices. I'm also planning to let our insurance company know about how they're treating their members. I'm definitely not going back there or dealing with that company again.

The first time I walked into this place my thoughts were "this place is clean looking" I walked towards the back for my appointment with Mai. She is the only nail tech at this location. She typically works off of appointments only but once in a blue moon she may be able to fit you in without an appointment. Mai does quality work. She speaks English. Doesn't upsell anything. Has plenty of nail polishes to choose from. The second time I walked in I smiled & waved at all the hair stylists as I made my way back to see Mai. As I sat down i began telling her about needing a haircut & i asked her if she would recommend anyone. She pointed to a stylist, Linsey. Linsey & I made arrangements to get my hair cut after my pedicure appointment. Again, my pedicure experience was great! I am definitely happy to see Mai every time. Pedicures are $25 with a $5 tip. My appointment with Linsey was easy, she is the type of stylist that knows exactly what you need. She washed my hair, cut it, & blow dried it. My husband was on baby duty so I told her my hair didn't need to be styled. Linsey was finished within 45 minutes. My hair cut was $40 with a $10 tip. I definitely would see Linsey when I see Mai, it's so convenient to get your hair & nail done right after the other. Two weeks ago, I went in for an eye appt to get a prescription for glasses and went ahead and…read morepurchased a very expense pair of glasses with bi-focal lens. The lady that helped pick them out was very nice and processed the order with full payment. Two weeks later I was notified that the glasses were in. I went to pick them up yesterday, and the gentlemen got them for me asked if they fit well in regard to tightness which they did. No test to see if I could actually see out of them. So, I take them home and put them on and cannot see a thing. Everything far and near was blurry. So, I call this morning to communicate my frustration, and I was told to bring them in. I bring them in and of course the wrong lens on them after I paid a large amount of money, but we go round and round on a solution which was order new lens another 2 weeks, and then not sure they will work. Then I see the office manager who I relay my situation too and he has no desire to solve the issue and says, "just get a refund". Stands there with his hands in his pockets. He should read Customer Service for Dummies! First and last visit to this Optical Store! What a Circus!!
