terrible customer service, terrible work, I took my Mazda…read morein to get a clutch replaced, I bought my own part as I was needing a specific one rated for higher power, I got my car back after spending over 1600 dollars in labor costs alone, the first 200 miles my sway bar linkage fell off, which was a direct cause of them removing my front axels to drop my tranny this was 2 days after getting my car back, i Fixed that, but my clutch is making god awful noises, squaking when I take off or am in reverse, I drove for the full recommended 500 mile break in period, still making the same noise, I took the car back to them to check their work to which they very rudely told me I dont know what I'm talking about, I'm not a mechanic, my transmission was already destoryed when I brought it in. I have photos of the clutch they took out, to which they said it is in pieces and it very clearly was not, my car was not making these noises before I spent about 3 grand in Toto Al with parts and labor, now after sticking a camera up they are more showing me the video from this, all while saying the clutch is installed correctly, but either way they don't guerentee labor unless it's on their parts, and I simply was never told this, was not told this when I brought the car with the clutch, was not told this when they texted me to tell me to order a fly wheel, they never once told me it wouldn't be warrantied or never once recommended me to use their parts, I paid the labor to have time work done right, and I am left with a car that i have put my whole soul into for 5 almost 6 years that is embarrassing to drive, and sounds super rough. I was also hung up on by them saying "come get your fing car" then hanging up. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful on the phone, very disrespectful in person told me when I picked the car up that I don't know what I'm talking about, they told me the part was bad, which they did not, I have all the texts from this place, I also paid for an evaporative leak to be fixed, I still have a code for this and they are telling me that's not what they were supposed to fix, but that's the code that I said I wanted to get fixed. had 3 people all talking over me raising their voices and telling me I'm wrong, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Also no where in the receipt or paperwork does it say they don't guerentee work on customer supplied parts, was never mentioned

I will never ever in life purchase a Cadillac or a prepaid maintenance plan or warranty from them…read moreever again everytime I deal with them for a major concern there's a problem even when I had purchased a third party extended warranty they treated me like garbage like I'm not a paying customer spending thousands for car and bs plans that they don't follow through on what dealership won't allow you to discuss thorough concerns with vehicle not just give u a sheet of paper with codes not a diagnosis without trying to upcharge you in hella fees I'm not paying $200 plus dollars for a diagnostic when I have a prepaid maintenance plan that includes you supposed to be inspecting my vehicle they barely put it up on a Lyft or even drove it around when I heard a lound sound took it to another shop just to confirm I had a wheel bearing and brakes and had them replaced at first another shop wasn't for sure which side was louder took and educated guess based on my video I recorded of the sound while driving it and all the dealer did was give me a sheet of paper with codes of all my tires I asked to speak to manager both David and Brian were very condescending and rude and disrespectful I never ever want to speak to them again I told Chris I wanted to file a formal complaint and how to go about doing that he just told me he agrees with the other shop most than likely but that's all Brian and David had to say and confirm it in my inspection of my vehicle and actually show me more then a 30 second video of nothing of the sorts not explain a single damn thing but tell me the inspection included in my prepaid maintenance plan is only a walk through when I know it to not be true I had this plan since 2016 and always have to remind them my plan states otherwise and not try to sell me bs and do their damn job o and by the way now they are saying they accept third party warranty so I renewed that but moving forward I know they won't fully follow their maintenance plans as soon as it ends next year I will not be going there for anymore services I'll have another shop using my services and my warranty can pay them for thorough work needed in the future Shame on you central Cadillac for ruining my dream car experience the last 10 yrs from hell

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.

Sales - Good (See end of review) Finance - Bad (Scam alert)…read more INTEREST SCAM ALERT - People, check the BANK OF AMERICA site for their current auto loan rates before going into this dealership. BOA is consistently among the lowest and a good base-point to use. After running my credit and knowing by buying power (both very strong), I was provided a rate (6.99) that was nearly TWO full points over what BOA was advertising. I inquired with Alex Moore (finance manager) and was told "The rate and payments I sent over are from bank of America. The 5.04 rate on their website is advertised rates as low as. There is a lot that goes into what rate the bank gives you. Examples money down, amount finance, etc." That quote is in writing via text and complete BS. I inquired with BOA directly and applied for a loan, and was instantly approved for the full amount to be financed and their advertised rate. I CALLED BOA to ask why the dealer rate was so high, and was told THE DEALER SHOULD BE SEEING THE SAME RATE that I was approved for on their side, but they were likely adding onto it to receive more money for the dealership. I called out this and was given a rate that was still 1/2 a point higher than BOA. I said I would use BOA and was told they don't accept outside financing ... which is because the dealership is making ridiculous money off customers on the financing side by selecting rates with higher kick-backs to the dealership. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL! Sales side - Good experience. Michelle worked diligently to make sure the vehicle I selected was quickly outfitted with the accessories I wanted to add on. I flew in from out of state and she made sure the final sales portion was quick; I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was wonderful.

I told them I was looking for a locally owned garage instead of the national brand I was using. I also said I really needed my car back in a hurry to pick some stuff up. The car was on a trickle charger for a few days. I talked to Matt originally, I believe. The next morning they determined that the starter put in over the summer was bad; the oil drip pan was leaking; bad tie rod; struts need replaced. I agree, all good. I asked for the starter to be replaced along with the drip pan. I was good with the estimates for these, thinking these could be done quickly. We set that up. I forgot to ask how long that would take. I called 5-6 times over the course of the day and no one answered the phone. I think after about 30 rings it finally bounced to a voicemail for a different phone #. They finally called me around 4:00 pm. I told them I needed to know when my car would be ready and they never answered the phone. He was dismissive, which made me more frustrated, AND he was not grasping that I was getting more pissed as the convo went on. Apparently this was a different fella (Chad, I think?) He tells me it was the starter and he replaced it. He would work on the tie rod and the oil pan tomorrow. I told him I never asked them to replace the tie rod. He said he couldn't tell me how long I had on the rod so he was going to replace it. I told him I needed my car to pick some stuff up and would make other arrangements for the tie rod. I already told Matt this. Someone said they would work on the pan the first thing in the morning. I believe they did work on it first thing. Chad(?) picked me up. I was in a good mood, chatting, joking. By the end of the day I was screaming at Matt in my driveway. As I write this, I want to strangle them. I'm sure neither one can figure out why, even after reading this. They will both scratch their heads and blame their victim. Absolutely no self awareness what-so-ever between the two of them. I got my car home. I went to make my pickup over in Macedonia ( approx. 5 miles round trip). The car wouldn't start. I called 2-3 times before I got an answer. My previous frustration of their inaccessibility returned. I became anxious. When I explained what was going on, they were incredulous that I would have a 2nd bad starter. They would get a truck out asap to take care of it. Great. I asked if they had a loaner car I could use briefly for my pickup. I was not mad about the starter. I know shit happens. Matt said he would need my insurance card. I said I didn't have insurance right now because I don't go to many places these days. [I'm converting my house into a bed-&-breakfast.] Matt said he couldn't loan me a car for the pickup I desperately needed because I didn't have an insurance card. He was afraid of something happening and getting sued. Seriously. For a 5-mile local round trip. I asked what the odds were that he would end up in a lawsuit as a result of helping me. He said "probably low" but I was asking them to break a long-time procedure. I could visualize them clutching their pearls. Drama much, boys? I was fuming at his point but just let it go. I let the tow truck driver have it and asked him to pass it on. When my car was finished, Chad(?) called me to tell me it was finished and he started it 20 times to make sure it was good. In that call, I asked him if he needed the starter to be functional in order to replace the oil pan. He said "no." He proudly told me he wanted to wait to make sure the starter was the problem before doing anything else. I tried to get him to understand I told them many times I needed my car. I stopped the convo when he started changing his story. They dismissed me, a potential loyal customer, and treated me like I was a problem for them. The two of them dropped my car off because I told them I was never setting foot in that business again. When Matt handed me my key, his lips were puckered up like a sphincter. I congratulated him on saving his business from ruin. This is when I began screaming at him to get through to him that I was a human being. He didn't take me seriously until I told him that the half-million dollar property he was standing on was partially a result of my pre-covid career as an international business consultant for retail. All of the sudden I got some respect from this guy. I made sure he understood that this was not about a car, this was about a shitty experience pretty much from the get. These guys are not problem solvers. They are too self-absorbed and have no self-awareness. I will never go back and I will never recommend it. I'm going to Boyce over in Sagamore. They actually helped me out without a shit-ton of drama this past summer.

Do not base your judgment on the outside and inside look of the shop, as it looks a little old. The people is just super friendly and really want to help you. I just went in for a alignment check. The test was free and they even took me early. I was out in 30 minutes. They have coffee, Internet and all that available when you wait. I was not disappointed with my appointment and the other customers that were there at the same time didn't look either.
