I will never ever in life purchase a Cadillac or a prepaid maintenance plan or warranty from them ever again everytime I deal with them for a major concern there's a problem even when I had purchased a third party extended warranty they treated me like garbage like I'm not a paying customer spending thousands for car and bs plans that they don't follow through on what dealership won't allow you to discuss thorough concerns with vehicle not just give u a sheet of paper with codes not a diagnosis without trying to upcharge you in hella fees I'm not paying $200 plus dollars for a diagnostic when I have a prepaid maintenance plan that includes you supposed to be inspecting my vehicle they barely put it up on a Lyft or even drove it around when I heard a lound sound took it to another shop just to confirm I had a wheel bearing and brakes and had them replaced at first another shop wasn't for sure which side was louder took and educated guess based on my video I recorded of the sound while driving it and all the dealer did was give me a sheet of paper with codes of all my tires I asked to speak to manager both David and Brian were very condescending and rude and disrespectful I never ever want to speak to them again I told Chris I wanted to file a formal complaint and how to go about doing that he just told me he agrees with the other shop most than likely but that's all Brian and David had to say and confirm it in my inspection of my vehicle and actually show me more then a 30 second video of nothing of the sorts not explain a single damn thing but tell me the inspection included in my prepaid maintenance plan is only a walk through when I know it to not be true I had this plan since 2016 and always have to remind them my plan states otherwise and not try to sell me bs and do their damn job o and by the way now they are saying they accept third party warranty so I renewed that but moving forward I know they won't fully follow their maintenance plans as soon as it ends next year I will not be going there for anymore services I'll have another shop using my services and my warranty can pay them for thorough work needed in the future Shame on you central Cadillac for ruining my dream car experience the last 10 yrs from hell read more

This dealership is scandalous and not transparent. My husband worked with Angelo. My husband and Angelo agreed on an out the door price. My husband was upfront that we were transferring a plate from out of state. We were told we couldn't pay for the vehicle in cash!! Then we were told that we would get a great rate to finance as we have excellent credit. Miles never sent me the great rate!! They sent to my husband. I said that the rate needs to better. They started at 7 percent and went down to6.1 . I told my husband still needs to be better. We drive over 5 hours to the dealership. I told Angelo that I can get 5.3 rate through same institution. Angelo said do you have an account there! I said no ! That shouldn't matter! Angelo said well you're paying it off with in 6 months. That didn't set well with me. Angelo then said he had to talk to Tom the finance manager. My husband and I went in and I asked Tom the finance manager about the 6.1 percent rate as I can get for 5.3. I was told that they already brought the rate down! I was told that they did me a favor! Then this is the best part. My husband agreed on an out the door price. That means this is the amount I am paying no more. Out the door$62,000.00. The finance manger Tom said it was over $200.00 more for plates. Tom the finance manager wanted to add it to the loan that I really don't want. It is $15.00 to transfer plates. I have bought a lot of cars. 7 to be exact in the last year . If I did end up buying the Cadillac this day, I would have paid it off that day, based on this experience. Central Cadillac maybe able to take advantage of some clients. Not us. I walked out the door and left. Angelo texted my husband and said enjoy your ride back. Angelo forgets that there are a lot of Cadillac dealerships from Ohio to Michigan . I should thank Central Cadillac. I got a 2026 instead of a 2025Cadillac and I saved $3,000.00 dollars. and the car was delivered to me. I could finance or pay cash for the whole vehicle. My Finance rate was 5.3. That's the rate I would get from the same institution. Central Finance manager Tom said he was doing me a favor at 7 percent , oh wait 6.1. I don't know any dealership that would let $62.000.00 deal walk out the door for $200.00. Not a business that I am interested in doing business with. read more

Terrible dealership. I purchased a $125K Escalade from them and later discovered that they failed to include the entertainment center headsets that come with the car. The salesman said he would ship them to me as I live in LA but after four follow up texts/calls, I got nowhere and called for the General Manager. He was "on the phone" and they said he would call me back. He never did. I will have to contact Cadillac to get resolution. Terrible experience. 5 months into ownership of this Cadillac Certified CPO 2020 Escalade and the brakes are worn down to the metal. The management at Central Cadillac are not willing to fix the vehicle unless I pay a partial amount towards the repair. Do not trust this dealership when they so call do the 172 point inspection that's required for a CPO vehicle. It's a shame but please check behind them before you sign off on the inspection sheet. My ambient lighting was not working, battery was bad(it had a AAA battery in it that they actually accused me of putting in my new to me vehicle that had bumper to bumper at the time.) Tire had and still has a small chunk out of the sidewall. Transmission pump was whining. Scratches all over the Escalade. Rear shocks / suspension squeaking. Yet all of these things were checked off on the inspection sheet. Now the brakes are metal to metal. Scott Bibb's answer "The brakes were not new when you bought the vehicle! It's not a new vehicle!". Well Scott it's a $60k vehicle that the owner shouldn't have to do any repairs within the first months of ownership. I've been warned after the fact about this stealership. So I will warn anyone reading this review, if you're looking for a dealership that stands behind their products after the sale do not choose Central Cadillac! My experiences here were top notch and highly professional! My first visit was after my car died and we didn't know if it was due to battery cables or something else. They got me in immediately and took care of the issue quickly and inexpensively. My second visit was under much less pleasant circumstances as my car was broken in to downtown. They had a tow truck at my location quickly and had my car taken inside on the weekend while they were closed to protect it and keep it from additional theft. They found other items on the vehicle that needed addressing after my break in and provided me a nice courtesy vehicle while I waited a few days for my repairs to be completed. My name is Kennis McDaniel and I am writing to share my very unpleasant experience at Central Cadillac dealership in Cleveland, OH. This is regarding customer service.   My dad who is 89 years young and I arrived an hour early for a 3:30pm Service appointment. He has done business at the Central Cadillac location since 1961. I am currently visiting Cleveland from Los Angeles, California. I am also a Cadillac owner who has grown accustomed to their legendary customer service in sales, service and parts. On April 5, 2021 my father asked me to assist him in getting his leased XT5 serviced. I called at Central Cadillac at 8:00am to schedule an appointment.  I spoke with Lindsey who scheduled us for a 3:30pm appointment.  When we arrived, there were no advisors present in the service area. I walked into the dealership while my dad waited in the vehicle. I was greeted immediately by the cashier. She asked who our Service Advisor was. I explained I was not given an advisor when I called. I only knew Lindsey set everything up. The Cashier voice paged Lindsey to call the deck and after a few minutes she asked her to come to the Cashier desk. When Lindsey arrived, she spoke directly with the Cashier. I introduced myself and inquired what I needed to do next and if we were too early.  She refused to acknowledge me in anyway. In fact, she shook her head, turned her back then walked away. I said excuse me Miss, but she continued walking away.  I was confused by her actions. I asked Sandie Williams the sales associate if I could speak with her regarding a sensitive matter. She apologized for Lindsey's behavior then ushered me to voice my complaint to Christopher Stuart, General Sales Manager. He said he would speak with her personally. During my conversation with Mr. Stuart, he did apologize for the behavior. However, he shared that Lindsey was a relative of a long-term employee and that she was "kind of just there."  In my mind that did not excuse her behavior, nor did it comfort me that Mr. Stuart seemingly gave her a pass.  I am not privy as to whether he had the conversation, but I will share this.  In my mind, Cadillac is a premier product, as such so should the service that accompanies it.   Lindsey was not a good representation of customer service; in fact, she is exactly what it is not. I will share that I appreciated that the cashier Jailene and the service advisor Samuel Calabrese were very apologetic about the experience they observed.  Mr. Calabrese even assisted me in helping my father back into the car. (To the owner: Mr. Porter), I am sure you have built the reputation of Central Cadillac on excellent customer service.  I want to let you know I did not receive it and it was a ripple effect that only stopped as I departed.  I am extremely disappointed!  If my father's lease were up, I'd recommend he do business elsewhere.   Regards, Kennis McDaniel read more

!BUYER BEWARE! I approached this dealership because of a Cadillac CTS I saw on Cargurus. The car seemed to be in great shape and was exactly what I had been wanting for over a year. After calling the dealership and talking to Anna Maria Masterson, I was assured the car was in great shape and was worth my drive from Bay City, MI all the way to Cleveland, Ohio. Upon arrival the car was not ready, it was covered in leaves and dirt and still wet from the rain. Anna Maria took 20 minutes just to "pull the car up." After test driving and seeing nothing wrong cosmetically from what I could tell through the dirty paint, we agreed on a purchase price and began the signing process. It took well over an hour before I could even sign papers on the car because there was only one person in the entire dealership that was able to get me the papers I needed to sign to finalize the deal. After getting the car home and washing it I quickly discovered some cosmetic blemishes in the paint. Some going down past the clearcoat. These were not easily noticeable at the dealership due to the poor lighting and the car being wet. I was also promised that this car was a non-smoker vehicle, to which I later found a pink lighter, burn marks, and marks near the driver window where it appeared someone ashed their cigarette. I had very specific expectations I listed for the dealer all to which I was promised would be no issues with this vehicle. I am very disappointed by the lies and the service received from this dealership but especially with Anna Maria Masterson. Not to mention, Anna Maria doesn't answer the phone or emails and trying to get ahold of anyone in charge at this dealership is impossible. The customer service and communication at this dealership is piss poor. This has been an outright horrible buying experience, the worst I've ever experienced and I will make sure to steer everyone I know clear of this establishment. I purchased an Audi A6. I was talking with Sandy from sales and her manager. They told me that the car I was purchasing was taking care of b/c it was owned by the owners brother. Two weeks later my check engine light came on. I went to go get my car echeck and it failed because the check engine light was cleared and the turbo was bad. I called Sandy from sales she said she would see what can be done. No one returned my phone calls. I called and email. Finally Cody from service called me and said bring the car in we want to make it right. I took the car there and they wanted to charge me a $50 diagnostic fee for putting oil in my car and never addressed the check engine light. Gabe from service said we do not have the proper equipment to check your vehicle out. He said they could take it over to an Audi dealer but I would have to pay for the repairs. The next day Gabe said they will get me a loaner and take my car over to Audi b/c Eric wanted to make it right. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday they called the very next day and said there is nothing else that they could do for me. Gabe said Eric said they guarantee there cars for 30 days. Always can get in fast, they're very accommodating if you need a ride somewhere after dropping your vehicle off for the day and they will call you and let you know what's going on with your ride before they do any major stuff. I never feel like they're pressuring me into getting anything additional that I really don't need. I trust them to make the recommendations that I actually require. Service is great and they always remember me when I come in and joke that my truck is still in kilometers (from Canada), it's always on my service report at the end so they can ensure they're doing the right work at the appropriate mileage. They also send coupons in the mail for discounts on services, $15 off a lube, oil and filter this month keeps me coming back to them! If it were terms of satisfaction in a percentage, I would give it an overall of forty percent based that the process was simple and the car did look pretty. My family are a GM family, the whole nine yards with the grandfather that worked as an engineer for GM for half a century, had and currently own Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, Pontiac, Cadillac, you name it. We have dealt with almost all of the dealers of the Cleveland Area; Integrity, Dick Bigelow, Sunnyside, Nick Abraham, Pat O'Brian, etc. This was my first time at Central Cadillac. It was quite nice in appearance and they have a free coffee machine. So it was a great choice. I was looking to buying a Hummer as I travel a lot and my 13' Camaro was my baby but it was a baby that unfortunately was put up for adoption. So I found a Hummer H2 that was at an okay price and I worked it out to buy the vehicle. The price was barely adjusted but that is not unusual. So I got the paper work started for the Hummer and I was looking over it and I started to find little things and Bill assured me that they would be taken care of and not worry about them. These included a warn out handle on the passenger and driver door, the button were worn out on the radio, many scratches, a large dent on the 'aftermarket' grill cover, the rear tire mount was taken off, and a few other things the car had been through some loving. I worked with Bill Mash, who did do a great job and was great to work with. He was easily the most positive thing about this outcome, which is great because in my years of assisting with purchases of the cars we have run across one other dealer that we bought from exclusively because the quality of this person, Kevin Chojnacki at Sunnyside Chevy. Anyways, so we put down a payment to hold onto the car until they were done doing work to the car and we can see the final product, making sure that we knew that they think it will not last and will hold it only for a hot second as to 'not inconvenience them'. So we returned and saw the work on the car and it was what we expected but somethings changed that I did not agree with like there was a chrome gas cover with key on the rear that was in good condition they took off and replaced with a plain black one, I did not want that I like the chrome door that locked so at least knew nobody would steal my gas from the car, it holds a lot trust you me. So I accepted what they did and felt bad about not buying after they made it pretty and did mind my requests in part, so i bought the Hummer for around $21,000 with $18,000 trade for the camaro (which they are selling for $24,000, of which I bought for $22,000 at Nick Abraham with 6,000 less miles) Then I was surprised to see that well I did not check the car as well as I thought; the CD player did not work at all. It was stuck and they never noticed in their '128 or whatever point inspection'. So I have it fixed already. Then I soon after heard a whirly sound and I took it to mechanic and the day before going to the mechanic it was warm and snow was melting when I found out the weatherproofing was torn above the driver's door and my car door was a puddle. If that was not enough, the electrical work on the car as an issue in that the speedometer and the fuel sensor freeze until you drive for a while. So I went to mechanic you see, and it would cost $2,000+ for all and stated that the belts and other equipment are in noticeably poor condition. So I am not pleased, they made me choose this dealer based on the assumption that they do a incredible job on the check point inspection of the car, but that was not the case and they have not been willing to help at all with all the issues. So they would rather that i drive around without a clue of how fast I am going at a time and have a very loud engine. I asked them to look at it at Central Cad and they said I would have to pay 120 hours to come. So all in all, never again will I buy from Central Cad, my family will not return as we planned. read more

[CANT EXPLAIN ENTIRE STORY DUE TO CHARACTER COUNT - NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE] We purchased a vehicle on December 30, 2017 from Central Cadillac in Cleveland. We were told at the time of purchase by our salesman (Angelo) that our vehicle (2013 Cadillac XTS), was going to be covered under their Certified Pre-Owned "bumper to bumper" warranty. On February 8th (36 days after buying the vehicle), our rear suspension completely went out. Our tires were touching the body of the car and it was unable to be driven or moved. We called the salesman and explained the issue, he advised us to have it towed to our local Cadillac dealership (Medina Cadillac), instead of theirs, and that it would be 100% covered and taken care of, since we had the "bumper to bumper" warranty, in terms of the cost of the repair. After a week of having our car in the repair shop, we receive a phone call from the dealership saying that we owed $2,021 for the repair. We called the salesman and relayed to him what the other Cadillac dealership said, regarding the price and he proceeded to tell us that there was nothing he could do about it. We argued that, at the time of sell AND over the phone when telling us to tow it over to the other dealership, that he told us everything would be 100% covered in terms of cost and was under the "bumper to bumper" warranty; he then denied ever saying or telling us that. We asked to speak with his manager where over speakerphone, the salesman admitted that he misinformed us, at the time of sale, about the warranty and coverage. We argued, had we known that 'misinformation', the sale would not have happened and you can't lie to customers to get them to purchase a vehicle. We then asked his manager to cover the cost of the repair and he refused. While on speakerphone, the salesman directly stated to me "the car you traded in had a number of issues wrong with it and was sitting on expensive repairs, so its not like you gave us the best deal either". We voiced that his comments were out of line and that we would be escalating things further with GM. He then admitted that he lied to us and just learned about the warranty coverage for our vehicle, that day and they still would not assist or cover the repair of the vehicle. Again, we stated that we were extremely unhappy with his comments, the dealership and the lack of customer service and that we would be handling the issue with the other local Cadillac dealership, while escalating the matter with corporate as well. After days of getting nowhere and arguing back and forth, the General Manager called and offered to pay a small portion from our first repair and 'inspect' the vehicle "free of charge" for its current front end noise issue however that he would NOT be covering the repair, in cost. On top of his poor offer, he then attempted to bribe me and place the contingency that he would ONLY even honor that, if we signed a waiver saying that we would not leave a negative review on social media or Better Business Bureau. We were completely appalled and couldn't even believe that there was a form to restrict/threaten a consumer from their freedom of speech and voicing their experience at a dealership. On top of feeling discriminated by my background, race and age; we wouldn't even be in this situation, had we not been lied to about the warranty and coverage in the beginning at the time of the sale. The deal would NOT have happened. It's unfortunate that our salesman, the used car Manager, General Manager, Service Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Central Cadillac have no care in the world about their consumers. They're all rude and lie. I've worked with two other Cadillac dealerships prior to Central Cadillac and I've NEVER had an experience like this. I took my Cadillac in for service to fix and oil leak. The service people ended ruining the engine and trying to cover up. The were extremely rude and horrible to work with. There service people did not even cover the seats and ended up ripping my leather seats. When I inquired about the damage, they told me to bring it up with my attorney. After having my car over two weeks, I got my car back and the first day the check engine light came on and the car died. I refuse to take my car back to them. I was in the market for a Cadillac CT6 and I've been to this dealership 3 times over the past 6 months to visit the same car and all three times I've been mislead and lied to on the price of the car. I called Central Cadillac late on December 30th after seeing a new post on a 2013 ATS 2.0T AWD for a great price. They were more than 500 miles away but I had to call them to see if we could negotiate a price to make my drive worthwhile. They assured me that they would not waste my time, so on good faith I drove up the next day. They were incredibly accommodating, I met with Mike Hamilton, the salesman with whom I spoke the day before, then I was introduced to most of the family and they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am 24 and active duty Army and I can happily say that not once was I made to feel out of place by my age. As it turns out, Central Cadillac has a proud history of military service and treated me very fairly because of my occupation. When it came to negotiations, they were quick and incredibly fair, making sure I got a great price on both the vehicle and my trade-in.
