We truly cannot care for anyone else until we attend to our basic needs, like our health. Recently, I had some experiences that made me rethink and realize the fragility of one's health. I found this little clinic from word of mouth, Gabriel mentioned it to me. They have great hours, take my insurance, and have the best team. A caring team! My principal complaint when I made the initial appointment was for pain management relief from low iron levels. My hemoglobin levels were way below average, actual at 6. Yes 6! This is the reason for the pain in all four of my limbs. The low iron was causing irregular sleep patterns or no sleep, breathing issues, and a few other symptoms. But one needs "sleep," to survive. The doctor did blood tests, and offered the use of steroids to deal with the pain from low iron issues, so at least I could sleep. I was offered the chance to have a steroid shot and another pain medicine via my vein. These shots were reasonable at $50 each with payment taken at the time of service. It's been a little over a month that I've been able to make this office work for me. The staff is again very kind. While I've had to back off the shots while awaiting my first iron infusion the little bit of relief for the physical pain that comes with "low iron," was at least partially relieved due to the staff here and their recommendations for my health. We have but fleeting moments in life, during this phase and small moments of my life it was truly life changing. Just having someone that cared while awaiting the medical treatments was a god send to me . Pain is a mind numbing experience and really shakes an individual to their core . The staff and all their ability to care truly shows in their service to helping others that are in pain and need no matter what their condition or circumstances. If you live in this area and need immediate assistance for medical treatment and are awaiting something give a call . Let's connect and keep our health so that we can keep spreading love and kindness to others.

I genuinely cannot believe this place is operating as a PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE…read more I just moved to the area, found this clinic through my insurance, and went in for my first appointment. I can confidently say there will NEVER be a second. Let's start with the receptionist--who I later overheard telling another patient that she is apparently THE MANAGER. That information actually made the entire experience even more disturbing. She was loud, unprofessional, speaking across the office like she was hanging out on a street corner, and casually dropping the F-word while patients were sitting there listening. Zero professionalism. Zero discretion. Zero awareness of her surroundings. Then she called me back to take my blood pressure. GOOD. LORD. The second I was confined in that little exam room with her, the smell hit me. This wasn't a tiny hint of body odor that you politely ignore. This was a HEAVY, stale, musty, haven't-seen-soap-today smell that filled the space. I was sitting there wondering how I'm at a MEDICAL FACILITY concerned about whether the equipment is sanitized when the person touching patients smells like basic hygiene wasn't on today's agenda. I don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. I don't expect perfume. I don't care what anyone looks like. But if your JOB requires you to stand inches away from patients, PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE YOUR SHIFT. Soap, water and deodorant should not be considered advanced medical technology. And then I overheard that she's the MANAGER?! That nearly took me out. If this is management, who exactly is enforcing standards? HER? She's supposed to be the example for the rest of the staff while loudly using profanity in front of patients and walking people into tiny rooms smelling like a damp laundry hamper that's been forgotten for a week? Absolutely not. The provider was at least pleasant, but even that portion of the appointment didn't inspire much confidence. She repeatedly had to leave the room to ask questions and then come back. The entire appointment felt rushed, disorganized and amateurish. I was told I needed a specialist referral. At checkout they had absolutely NO difficulty taking my payment and telling me I was done. Funny how that part of the operation runs efficiently. I left and realized nobody had given me any referral information. So I called. FIFTEEN MINUTES ON HOLD. Someone finally answered. I explained what happened. BACK ON HOLD. Eventually I was told someone would call me back. Three days later, I'm apparently still waiting for this mythical phone call. So, to recap: profanity in the waiting area, an unbelievably uncomfortable hygiene situation, chaotic service, a provider repeatedly leaving to ask questions, no referral information, 15+ minutes on hold, and absolutely no promised callback. But my payment? Oh, THAT they managed flawlessly. The most unbelievable part remains discovering that the person setting this spectacular standard of professionalism is supposedly THE MANAGER. If the manager is the example everyone else is expected to follow, this office doesn't need a suggestion box. It needs an intervention. One visit was more than enough. I will be contacting my insurance company and finding another provider immediately. I wouldn't voluntarily return to this office if they validated my parking, refunded my copay, AND handed me a complimentary bar of soap on the way in.

To preface, I was 21 weeks pregnant and went to the ER and they wheeled me up directly to the labor & delivery unit. The staff was all absolutely amazing and so kind. My fiancé needed to use the restroom and needed assistance because he just had back surgery at this location on Thursday and rushed back because he passed out in our kitchen floor this morning after telling the Nurse Angel yesterday that he was having severe leg pain even his Doctors PA said that he should stay another night, but Angel said he was good to go. The ambulance took him back this morning even the medical team who helped m fiance said this was one of the worst hospitals in Las Vegas. My fiance pushed the button for the Nurse to assist him and goi g to the restroom. He had just told her he had back surgery and she flinged his bed into up right position and smacked him in the back where he has staples. Omg! I was in shock. I started shaking bc he immediately was in pain. She did not care. She stood there just staring at him. I told her he needs a walker, so she walks with us to the restroom I noticed she had on a badge. I told her I want your name because I will be making a former complaint against you. My fiance asked me to assist him in the bathroom. I asked him if he was okay and he said no because she flinged the bed into his staples. I couldn't believe this was taking place. At that point my fiance asked the nurse how much longer and she got the Dr. He came up right away and checked my fiancés staples. He was that's same Nurse how were his labs and she said good but we need to run again and m fiance so no you don't. We are out of here. We came out of the restroom and I noticed she put her badge into her front pocket. I said what is your name. She told me. Then I said what is your name she said I will write it down. I said good. I said, where is your badge and she pulled it out of her pocket. She tried to make a smart remark to me. We walked back to the room we were in and she ran off. My fiance forget this. We need to go. So they called the nurse who was taking his labs etc. She was a white lady in green. She came into the room and said you need to sign here that your leaving without being seen by the doctor and my fiancé said that fine. She said we hope you don't die today because you are refusing medical care. I said wow. You don't need to say all that. All you have to tell him is leaving and not receiving medical advice and whatever happens is his decision. Not that he is going to die. She said well basically that's what the form says. I said oh it says he's gonna die. She said basically. That is not her decision. If he dies, it's because your nurse smacked him with the bed in his back and I will hold this hospital liable I rebuke you satan in the name of Jesus whatever is in that demonic ER. I went over to that nurse who smacked him in the back. She was hiding by the nurses station. She wouldn't make eye contact with me and she started a walk off and I said excuse me ma'am, and I got loud and I said, excuse me, ma'am I said I need your name. She grabbed at paper towel and wrote her name on it. I said you don't have a piece paper. She looked over at the heavy set nurse with dishwasher blonde hair with glasses and said no we I don't have paper. That nurse wanted to get involved and started to take Jezamay's side. I said she just smacked my fiance in the back with the bed after he just had surgery here on Thursday. Jezamay said I said I was sorry. No you didn't. So the heavy set Nurse follows me back to where my fiance is like I am scared of here. Big bully. Then when we were leaving Jezamay was laughing. We did let the nurse know who pushed my fiance outside to our vehicle. Awful!!!!!!
