There usually isn't more than one employee on the floor, and they're often busy stocking. If you're from out of town--especially if you're unfamiliar with self-checkout or need help navigating the store--that can be frustrating. While the layout makes perfect sense to locals, it might not feel as intuitive to someone visiting from outside the U.S. So while I'd absolutely recommend this CVS to locals for its efficiency and cleanliness, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it as the easiest option for international visitors or first-timers.
