I needed a few estimates done on new carpet. I had Carepro Carpet give me an estimate because they were referred to me. Post estimate, I received an unprofessional and unwarranted call today. Gustavo essentially called to harass me about why I was getting another estimate from another "carpet company." He tells me one of the other company I asked an estimate from is an associate of theirs and the price would be the same. No where on Yelp does it show what businesses are associated with what businesses. How this all went down and how my information was shared between the two companies was not cool and completely creepy. Now they both can talk about how they got a poor Yelp review together. For all those unsuspecting Yelpers, heaven forbids they call both of these businesses to ask for an estimate on the same job. I guess they expect you to be psychic. Needless to say, neither of them will be getting the job awarded to them and will be letting the company know who referred them to me of their unprofessional behavior. All I can think of this experience was very shady. DO NOT USE CAREPRO CARPET. Imagine if they are sharing information already, what other unscrupulous ideas they may have when they are in your house! read more

Wow!! Very impressed. Roman came out to repair a piece of carpet, I thought I had to replace because of a dark stain. He was able to completely remove the stain without having to replace any carpet. He was so nice and helpful. He finished the job within an hour. The area where the stain was is completely gone. I'm amazed by his work! 10 stars!! They were also amazing, with communication. They came highly recommended. They can get anything out I was told. Using their service delayed getting my house on the market, waiting for them.. Owner, Gustavo, was on vacation. 2 men did the tile first. They did a good job. I had 3 neighbors and friends come over, because they needed carpet/tile to be cleaned. Neighbor had the 2 guys come over, for an estimate/appointment. They never called him to set anything up as the 2 men promised. He even called. No response. We then scheduled for the carpet cleaning, again, further into the next week. They came, I asked in advance, Can you get these pet stains out? A few leftover from daughter's dogs ugh! The tile had a bad smell to it when it was finished, hard to breathe, coughing, choking.. I asked the 2 new carpet men if they could use something different on the rug...the guy looked like he wasn't sure what to do? He called in to vacationing owner and then proceeded to clean. He "pretreated" and within minutes was cleaning. Total time in my 5 bedroom home carpet cleaning? About 1and 1/2 hours. I knew that was a problem. Why? My carpet cleaner I'd used for the past 17 years had retired. I had dogs all along. My carpets cleaned every 6 mo. It looked BRAND NEW every time. But, he'd spend time doing it right. He'd be here 4 to 5 hours. These guys were in/out. The carpet is a light, tan. When they left it smelled like old rugs. It now has a dingy darker color. Its disgusting. Owner came by after his trip and tried to say the old stains, yes there were, underneath the pad, caused the stains to come back. Not true because all of the stains should have reappeared. No,only the new stains, the ones his crew worked on, returned within 2 hours. He gave me the money back. Now when people come in they say my house Smells musty. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANYONE SAY THAT. especially after a cleaning. My neighbor, who owned a carpet cleaning business years ago told me they are not flushing out the tanks on their truck. As the they clean. They are redepositing other people's gross carpet filth back into my carpet. He felt so bad for us he came over with his Hoover home carpet cleaner, oxy carpet cleaner and something else from Home depot, he and my husband scrubbed and cleaned and got 90% of the stains out. 2 old, arthritic men did a better job then this supposed professional company. Hired Maid Services only, for a large house deep clean for a 5 bed/3 bath house. CarePro responded promptly and provided a free quote that was in line with other quotes I received. The office thoroughly reviewed what was included: appliances inside/out, cabinets, light fixtures, vents, blinds, and windows, plus the regular cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and floors). They also offered doors & baseboards in the deep clean but I told them I didn't need that done. I added the gas range racks for an extra charge. They said they would send 2 people. The maids showed up over an hour late, and there was only 1 adult with a school aged child. The job was too big for one person, so she did her best mostly alone (with some help from her child). After 9 hours she was exhausted. The dusting, vents, and windows were not done and only partial cleaning of the gas range (the racks were not done). The cabinets were also still dirty after a light wipe down. She did a really great job on what was done, but not all that was agreed upon was done. It was simply too much for one person. I asked her to complete the job when she tried to leave, and she did do the dusting but then left. It was a bad experience for both of us, as she was also complaining to me & her daughter that it was too much work for the money. I emailed CarePro to inform them that the vents, windows and only part of the range (that I paid extra for) was not done and did not receive a reply. Most other companies would offer to send someone back or a partial refund. read more

I have had this company come out to 3 different properties- 2 rentals that former tenants trashed carpeting at. Pathetic what some tenants do to rentals and carpeting in them. BUT- when CarePro was finished- the carpeting looked amazing! In both rentals, the tenants ripped/ put holes in the carpeting. No problem-CarePro fixed the problem. We hired this company to do a "move-out" cleaning of our 3-story townhouse. The reservation was very easy. The owner, I believe, came to our house to view the space and inspect the carpets. He provided me a quote and shortly after, we were scheduled. They were accommodating with the small "window"date that we had for cleaning, before moving out of state. Surprisingly, the carpet cleaners came a day early, which made things so much easier for us. On the scheduled day, the cleaners arrived in the morning and cleaned the entire house, top to bottom. I was impressed with the Pet Odor section as we had an elderly cat who had issues in our dining room. We called Gustavo who set up an appt and we were very please with the quote and their knowledge. When his team came back for the cleaning, they realized our dining carpet could not be salvaged. They removed the carpet/padding and cleaned the area thoroughly (and hauled away the disgusting carpet/pad). Finally, this room smelled fresh without me masking the scent with cleaners. A bit of a panic for me with only concrete in our dining room, Gustavo referred us to a carpet shop. Their prices were great too! One day after selecting our carpet, it was installed and our house back to better than normal.
